China Buffet

Needed a quick lunch and this was a close by option. Large inside seating no outside seating that I could tell on our visit. The buffet style food was ok nothing special but it was clean and everything in the restaurant was well cared for. The staff were ok and at the end of the day the cost wasn’t bad. Is it something I’d go again for probably not but one time maybe here and there sure. Group favorites desserts, the lomein, and generals chicken. Cheers!!!

We love Chinese food, but this place was the dirtiest and filthy Chinese restaurant I have visited in all my life traveling this great country. The food was cold, tables dirty, rest room was filthy, stunk like sewer, we didn't even eat some of the food because it's disgusting cold and smells. Everything was awful and it still cost us 40 plus dollars. Please don't waste your time here, I promise, I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants and this place needs to be closed down PERIOD! DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE IMPAIRED AND DON'T NEED TO WORK TOMORROW

Save yourself the time, money, and stomach aches and just order good Chinese and go home to eat it. All of the food was cold, selection was slim, and what they did have was flavorless and old. I spent just under $40 for me and one other to eat that truly terrible food. A piece of his chicken was questionable in color... Get takeout from Hong Kong or any restaurant that's actually good and worth your money. No clue why the reviews of this place were 4 stars but it needs to be taken down a notch or two so people don't expect a decent Chinese buffet.

Really nice people, have run a nice buffet for years. The sushi is not bad for a chinese buffet but the sushi chef makes a silent grumble when you don't tip him, but he probably doesn't get tipped because people don't usually walk around with cash and they are not smart enough to put up a venmo/cashapp QR code for tipping. Still, if you're super hungry this is one of the best places in Durham for the buck. Really nice for a large party too. You should tip on your bill at least 20% because they drink servers depend on it and they do a nice job.
