The drive through wait time is significantly better, I'm sure it has a lot to do with the guy standing outside of the window helping pass the orders. I don't remember his name, but he definitely deserves a raise. Also, Our food was hot and fresh.

I had the best experience here this morning! My car died literally in front of the pick up window with a long line of customers from the breakfast rush behind me. Every single Bojangles employee was so kind and patient and several employees and a customer immediately jumped in to help. Tayisha, another employee and a customer pushed my car out of the way & gave me a jump, other employees came out to take money and deliver food so no one was waiting, and they even comforted ME when I was holding up their day! They could not possibly have been any kinder, and I really appreciate the amazing customer service!!!

Today I had a question about the menu while at the drive thru window. The woman there patiently and with a smile explained the different options. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you!

We began a 12 hour drive with a breakfast from Bojangles. The food was was good but our order was wrong. We didn't check before we left and one of our biscuits was supposed to be egg and bacon but was steak. By the time we realized we were an hour down the road. It was not expected and not wanted.

The place gets busy. It's loud and fast paced. Mistakes happen. To the employee(s) at this location who put sixteen chicken fingers into our order of eight, we salute you. My children have never had more chicken fingers than they could possibly eat at one sitting, and they were overjoyed. They were still singing your praises as they ate leftover chicken fingers the next day. They thank you from the bottom of their little glitter encrusted hearts. We shall return!!

Went through the drive through and ordered a 2 piece dinner. The biscuit was cold and hard and just fell to pieces, the chicken was Luke warm .. horrible service. Not the first time this has happened, just thought bojangle in this store would get it together.

Usually food is always good but the first batch of tenders were old and the fries were cold but the issue was quickly resolved and i was given fresh food. Employees are always nice and helpful!!

Yuk. I won’t be back.
The good: The chicken strips were good. I liked the honey mustard. The staff is super nice and the place is clean.
The bad: Mac and cheese. Don’t order it. Tasted like balloons. Bland. Gross. I didn’t even get a fork to eat it with. Maybe the staff was trying to tell me something.
