I love Chick-fil-A, but not this one. Super small portions. I've eaten Chick-fil-A across the country, and I will try to remember to avoid this one. Kale side was about 2 ketchup packets. My wrap had less chicken than my kid's 4 count nugget meal.

We went to the Drive Thru at this Chick Fil A. This was Our first time at this location. I like the fact that You get Your food at the corner and skip the rest of the line if Your food is done. I was missing a 12 count nugget but that is rare.

I have to change my 5 star rating. I've been very disappointed with this location the last few months since they re-opened. My family gets takeout there about once a week & we spend over $30 each time. The portions have gotten very small. The menu has changed and they don't allow large drinks with combo meals anymore along with other restrictions. A large frosted lemonade used to be $3.75 now it's only available in a small and it costs $4.25. There is no consistency. I order 3 cups of icecream for my kids and each one is filled to a different level. When I mentioned it the employee told me "we just fill it until it goes." When I asked what that means she just repeated it. Last time they were all filled halfway. The fruit cup portions are now half full as well. The amount of fries is barely filled to the top. The frosted lemonade and shakes are underfilled. The nuggets, chicken sandwich and fries are either very over-cooked or under-cooked. They consistently forget food items, utensils, napkins, straws and condiments. When I get to the pick up window they are asking the name for the order like 3 times and ask what I ordered. It's very chaotic. The kids meal toys used to be really good but the last 6 weeks has been this lame movie ticket book. When they have a decent toy they won't let me buy an extra one for my child that only eats the mac & cheese. We eat there often because it's healthier than other fast food places and on the nights we can't cook it's necessary to get something quick. It's clear that Chick-fi-a has decided to focus on making money by cutting portions and menu options that we still pay full price for. They are consistently inconsistent and that is unacceptable for the high prices they charge.
UPDATE: I gave this location one last chance. They made my sandwich wrong twice in a row and took forever. I ordered no lettuce and tomato and they just made it the same. Went home with 2 extra sandwiches no one would eat. They put 8 nuggets and a medium fry in my 4 year olds kids meal. No toy. I asked and he said "you want a toy?" Well yeah that's what makes it a kids meal! No chick-fil-a napkins. Looks like they just picked up plain napkins from the grocery store in a pinch. No bag for everything just like 8 small bags I had to fumble with and wasted food they didn't seem to care about. As I sit there waiting I see them filling up milkshakes to barely above half way then they hide the small portion with wip cream. I will not go back to this location.

After all of the years of supporting Chick-fil-A this is my first negative review EVER!! This location is tremendously slow EVERYTIME i go I’m waiting in line forever and I’m missing items from my bag!! Today we went nuggets hard no utensils and we order salads no bacon on the salad no tomatoes no cheese like where is my Cobb salad i ordered and we have to eat the salads & Mac & cheese with our hands no dipping sauce and low and behold they didn’t even have chick-fil-a cups. This store doesn’t uphold your image well Chick-fil-A!!

I’ve been several times. I’ve had it. I went in with 5 kids so I let them know I am getting it to stay but I’ll be on the patio. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, I finally took all the kids in and instead of bringing it to us, they put it on the to go grab table. It had sat there 20 minutes (which is the fastest they have ever filled an order there!) The receipt even said on it, “patio” yet they never brought the food out. They just gave up on finding the customer and left the food to cool. :( This is just my most recent terrible experience at this specific location. Don’t go.

I got into the drive through line at 10:10am on 7/1. I made it to the menu board to order at exactly 10:30am to find out they only had two breakfast items left. I exited the drive through line at 10:47 empty handed. 37 minutes, captured in line as it has no exit. I will never return to this location. McDonald’s isn’t even this bad.

Every time I go there is a problem I was told I couldn't change my drink out i think the little boy didnt want to change out my drink but whatever customer service is kinda iffy depending on the time I go and today I went only because I was in the area and there was plastic left in my sandwich smh this will be my last time eating at this chic fila location!

You will need to check your bag when you receive it, sometimes we pay for items but they won’t be in the bag. If you have a custom order or substitution this location is not able to offer some of those. Other than that the quality is consistent with other Chick Fil As.
