Bel Gusto Restaurant

Went for lunch on a Monday. It was completely empty, including of staff. We eventually just shouted into the kitchen to let them know we were there. Tried to order a coffee, which they apparently don't serve after breakfast, despite the fact that at 1pm there were coffee cups on every table (and the coffee cups were still there when we left). My mom tried to order a glass of wine, which they don't serve until dinner, despite there also being wine glasses on every table. I could go on, but let's just that though the food was decent (not spectacular), they should probably close for lunch since they obviously are not expecting anyone to show up between breakfast and dinner.

The restaurant is off to the side of a main hallway in the hotel. Not the worst thing, but still distracting when a guy with tattoos on his face walks by with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. The food was good but not great for the price. Atmosphere at 7pm on a Thursday night was perfect for my dinner. Quit location with a warm fire burning off to the side. Most of the time we were alone and it was really nice. I would give it another chance.

Ordered a pizza to bring to the room because they said they were too short staffed to deliver room service. Ordered the pizza at 810 pm....got the pizza at 915 pm and it was cold. Otherwise, it was a good pizza. Tried to do breakfast before we got back on the road and after sitting for 10 mins without even being acknowledged, we decided to go elsewhere.

It was a Friday night and since it was the summer, they were serving dinner in the bar lounge. The service was slow. They gave us bread but no plates so left lots of crumbs on the tablecloth. The food was mediocre. The salmon was cooked too much and the pasta with eggplant was bland. A glass of wine was pricey.
