Moe's Southwest Grill

Most moes are always five stars, but this one had stale chips. Also the floor was very slick because they probably used the mop from the kitchen with Greece on it. They fixed the chips though and were very nice. The food is always good. I love their burritos and sweet tea. They have a great drink machine. If you are around you should definitely go and try this moes out. I love this moes.

This has to be the worst Moe’s store in the franchise. We ordered 2 tacos, and 2 junior burritos. The burrito lacked the appropriate mix of rice and beans. The people behind the counter were too busy talking among themselves to get the order straight. And they forgot to put one of the burritos in the bag. We ordered three things and got two. We discovered the order was short when we got home. This store is an embarrassment to the Moe’s franchise. Do not go to this store, there are other Moe’s stores in the area that are much better.

Food is good but if curbside says it’s available then The employees should at least pick up the phone if the sign says let us know your here. I called more than 5 times and had no one pick up to bring me my food out . This is very inconvenient to those who are pregnant or have other sleeping babies in the car. I had to run inside myself to pick up my food. Poor Service .

When you get there the classic Moe Monday deal is advertised on their flyer in small print as now in-app-only. The problem is that the app shows the meal at full price, nearly triple. A woman in front of me voiced the same issue and the cashier corrected it with a smile. However, when I got to the register, dealing with the same cashier insisted I was on the hook for the full meal price. After a whirlwind of back and forth between employees and computer changes I finally got the advertised price. As I was handed my receipt, the cashier yells at me that "I only paid $5!" as if I actually cheated them out of something. I offered her my copy of the receipt showing I paid their price, which was what she entered in, and she refused to acknowledge it.

All in one night: 1) gave me a kid's burrito literally 1" thin, no drink; 2) employee got furious when I calmly pointed this out, 3) at home I discovered my TOFU stack was filled with chicken (I'm vegetarian), 4) drove back to discover they are now out of tofu and can't remake it, 5) said they couldn't refund the reward points I paid with. I understand that mistakes happen, but this place has turned into a clusterflop.
