Randy's Pizza

I just moved to Durham and I was looking for my go to pizza place. This place is not it. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, one of my favorites, and the chicken on it looked like it was a day old and it was hard and dry. I ordered cheese fries with bacon for $6, a hefty price, so I expected some good cheese fries with bacon. Instead, the cheese fries with bacon comes with about 10 small fries loads of cheese and bacon bits. Hardly a $6 amount. I ordered some waffle fries to share with my boyfriend, and those were $3. They were probably the best item we got. They tasted like they had been cooked an hour before we received them. They were hardly warm and very hard like they had been sitting out. I will never order from randy's again. I was recommended this place and I am not impressed. I'd give a 0 star if I could. The old chicken was a real turn off.

I’ve been going here regularly for 7 years, and never made a fuss if they messed something up ‘cause they always fixed it. Tonight our pizza got crushed. I called to complain, sat on hold over 5 minutes, texted a pic of the mangled food to the “manager”, never got an apology. She would only refund money for pizza, not whole order. I used an online coupon for the pizza, so I said that wouldn’t do. And I had pre-tipped the driver $7. The manager was difficult, unhelpful, unsympathetic and uncompromising. I’ll go to Italian Pizzaria on Roxboro from now on. All over a $26 order. Service has gone way down hill.

Today is the LAST time I ordered Pizza at this place. They made my order wrong, and when I called them back to inform them, the first employee that answered the phone disconnected the call, and I was NOT rude, the second one, who was the manager of the store, was not helpful. More, the prior ordered, I placed, they burned the pizza, and I thought; I will give it another try, since I live a minute from them. I will NOT order from this place again. I am disappointed in the two employees that answered the phone. It was a HORRIBLE experience! Carol.
