My birthday was a few months ago, but it felt like I was celebrating again when I tried their birthday cake flavored ice cream. I'm a Wisconsin native so I prefer custard over ice cream, but Bruster's surprised me! It tasted exactly like birthday cake with ribbons of cake icing and sprinkles. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I would give it another try. I returned a few days later to try their vegan strawberry oat milk option, and I couldn't believe non-dairy options as good as this one existed! Each spoonful better than the last, I was in paradise! Unfortunately, I inhaled the strawberry flavor sooner than I could take a picture of it, but I'm certain I'll try it again. They offer several other options in terms of flavors and have outdoor seating available. This location is also near Southpoint Mall if you are looking to indulge before or after doing some shopping. I truly underestimated this place!

I went here today with my family. The lady that made our ice cream had a very polite attitude. The store was very clean and the Ice cream was amazing! This is one of my family's favorite ice cream spots!

When we walked in we were greeted. It was a nice environment. We got brownie sundaes and apple dumplings with ice cream. I wasn’t a fan of the apple dumplings because they were a bit bland. Overall nice place.

Really delicious ice cream with house made waffle cones. They offer a variety of sundaes, cakes, cones, and much more. The prices are on par with most other cremeries and the service was very good. The flavors were excellent. I slightly prefer Kilwins, but recommend Bruster's without reservation.
