this place honestly sucks. never answers the drive thru during night, the workers are rude and clearly don’t care to do their job. this new staff has made the store go downhill as I can see by the recent review comments, laughing at your face while you wait to pick up an order you payed for? and never gives it to you.. don’t see what they’re getting paid for.

The workers are very hostile when you ask them a question, probably because they feel their intelligence is being undermined. The don’t know how to use the company app. They stop taking in store orders at random and make you go through the drive through only or say they’re closed when they “feel” understaffed. They don’t have a polite manner, very loud, rude, and brash. Only the new cashier acts with common courtesy and sense although she hasn’t been fully trained yet. When she asks for help from a manager they come ready to argue, meanwhile she just needs help inputting a coupon.

6-11-2022 2:30pm. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. Two cars ahead of me when I arrived. After 5 minutes the first car drove off. 5 minutes later the second car was still waiting for someone to take their order. In the meantime cars had backed up to the street. I finally gave up and left. This location has never had good service, but this was a new low. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Tragic. Avoid this location at all costs. Went for a late night meal after a movie, got there around 9:15PM, waited 10 minutes before placing an order and ordering was a complete disaster. The staff kept trying to up sell me on the wrong items and then once we got our food there were missing items, food was cold, no utensils or straws and no receipt so we couldn't get a refund. Abysmal staff interactions here. This Wendy's used to be alright but is absolutely terrible now.

On 6/13/22 I pulled through the drive through, at 12:25 am because the store said they close at one am, no answer at the pull-up order menu. No answer sat there for 5 minutes, so I pulled up to the checkout window saw all the employees were sitting down and ignoring the fact that I was sitting there and this lady with blue and red and black braids, says the drive thru is closed at 12:30 and that they were only doing online orders, so I made an account and everything tried to make my order for that location and it said Mobile orders were closed. And that the drive thru was actually open, the lady slams the checkout window in my face and locks it. As they all walk away laughing at 12:40 am. Her name is monica

The person that took my order was very rude to the customer in front of me at the drive thru. When I approached the intercom to order she was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. She said they had no sodas that were orange and their frosty machine wasn't working. All in a rude and aggressive tone. I would not suggest spending any money here. If the owners don't care about these unprofessional workers running their money makers. I suggest taking your money elsewhere. Perhaps were the workers want to do their jobs and give professional customer service. I will not be coming back to this location.
