Ordered ultimate nachos and ended up with a plate of chips and a cup of chili only. Didn’t come with sour cream, or jalapeños or green onions. Instead it came with a tiny pinch of shredded cheese a tiny piece of avocado and tomato peels. The potato soup I ordered turned out to be potato water. Gave it to my 2 year old who eats anything and she says “yucky.” Can’t believe I paid for this... it’s not even worth going back for. Poor quality, poor everything really. If I knew this was what I was getting, I would have went to the dollar store and got frozen chili and a bag of chips for dinner

Generally, I really like McAlisters, but my visits to this location have been abysmal. The first time, the issue was there wasn’t a single clean table in the restaurant. Not one! I counted them for this review, 17 unoccupied dirty tables and the rest were occupied, probably by people who sat down at a dirty table. When I complained to the manager, she said they were too busy to clean tables. They weren’t. There wasn’t a line and they had multiple employees at the counter standing around. This was a really disappointing experience. Maintaining a clean restaurant is essential and this crew (including the manager who I spoke to directly about the issue) just didn’t care and it was painfully obvious. The second time, the dining room was again filled with dirty tables and employees were standing around. Then my baked potato was served raw. I mean raw. When I took it to the counter they acknowledged it wasn’t prepared properly. You don’t say! When I returned to my table, a guy sitting near me was busy complaining that his food had been improperly prepared as well. Unfortunately, this restaurant is a total disaster and I can’t imagine a scenario in which you have a positive experience.

Horrible service. Went at 7PM. They were out of almost everything. No sweet tea. No broccoli cheddar soup. No diet drinks. My wife & son ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The girl thought they were out of that too. Guy in back said he thought they had enough. Both of their sandwiches had very little meat. I ordered a club. It had no cheddar or swiss cheese. No one said a thing about it. No "sorry we ran out of cheese". Took it back to the counter & the girl just said, "Yep. We are out of cheese." Again, no apology given. Sat back down & realized I had no bacon. Went back. They were out of that too. Hardly any ham on it. I'll never go back.

Cleanliness: 4/5. Tables/Counters were clean of food debris. Floors swept. Bathroom was clean aside from a highly concentrated urine & ammonia smell in the mens room.
Service: 4/5. Food (to-go order) came out relatively quickly. Staff were friendly but not overly excited to be there. That was easily transmitted through inflection and tone while we were ordering our food. Sort of turns off the customer, to come face-to-face with a bothered employee that clearly doesn't want to be there.
Price: 4/5. Expect that for upscale sandwiches, you can expect upscale prices.
Quality: 4/5. Better than average, the great taste of the sandwiches along with the varieties of bread to be utilized to make those sandwiches; insists upon return visits to try different combinations. The loaded baked potato my wife and I ordered to share, was enormous. Not exaggerating here either, and it weighed at least 3lbs with toppings. For $8 it wasn't a bad price for something I could easily make 2 meals out of. If the potato standard is relatively the same across the board (as we know potatos come in varied sizes) then I would come back simply for that reason. Overall, the price for a loaded baked potato and two reuben sandwiches brought us to nearly $30. Subway, this place is not. Better quality than Subway? Hell yeah.

They have great sandwiches but the baked potatoes are what really makes the meal. Spud

I placed a online order so my order would be ready when I came to pick it up. Yes it was ready but the food is a huge disappointment, sandwich didn’t come with half the stuff it was suppose too. Sweet tea was amazing though. I called and told them my issues and the lady took care of us which is great but I wish it just would of been right the first time. If I lived here I would not come back to them.

Almost B rating for this store, which is a bit of turn off but I can see it here. Staff is always friendly and nice, but slow to get things done. The food is also always good!
Updated: I think they are taking reviews serious. Place has gotten much better the past month! More staff members per shift, service is quicker, the staff is still always friendly and the food remains great! I continue to come here weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. Give them a try.

McAlister’s has decent food for what it is. Our experience today was comical. Food came out in spurts, with multiple mistakes, and the final two kids’ meals being correctly brought to the table 30+ minutes after ordering. There is a very sad DoorDash driver who has been waiting 15-20 minutes as well. No idea how they could be this incompetent. So many mistakes.
