Domino's Pizza

Overall we love Dominos and if I am just rating the pizza I give it a strong 4 out of 5. I think this is fair because it's our go to quick pizza spot so this a respectful rating but please don't order the salad it isn't made to order like at some of the other local pizza chains it's pre packaged and kinda weak for 7.99 the same price as the 3 topping pizza , I expected more. I give the salad a 1 star . I order carside pickup and normally the 2 minute timer stops but once I did get the free pizza. Truly, I don't sweat the free pizza if not delivered in 2 minutes. I mean the marketing is cool but I am not crying over not getting a free pizza because of a short staffed restaurant not getting to my car or a stopped timer that's crazy and I'm not that petty or privileged. I like Domino's always have, I'll be back.

We ordered carryout - carside delivery here. And it was super easy, and the app tells you to turn on your blinkers when you get there. The apple dip for the Cinnamon twists is so yummy! You gotta make sure you use those online coupons cause they will save you some $! Also, Domino's is hiring and according to the flyer: they pay their drivers really good! $500 sign on bonus & at least $20/hr (base pay + tips should equal $20; if not they make it so). The lady who brought the food out was wonderful! I loved her hair and she was super friendly and helpful. We stayed a few extra minutes and talked about a lot of things, not just Domino's. She even invited us to a car show in Burlington too (which we went to the next day). By far best Domino's experience ever! Thank you Boss Lady Uno!!! Keep that awesomeness shining!

How would you like your pizza? Stuck to the top of the box or deep dish? You can get both at Domino's on University. Not only that, i called to have this inconvenient fallacy corrected with room for reconciliation. "Shawn" OR "Sean" OR "Saun" OR Shaun" from management refused to tell me his last name, told me that he needed to see the pizzas first, told me he would not fix the problem if I left a negative review as I told him I was, and when I went to pick up the corrected pizzas, the black guy in the front told me that he did not see an order under my name or address but would let me get the pizzas despite telling me that he believes otherwise. No matter how much the kids love those pan pizzas, Never have I been called a lie and disrespected from a franchise such as this 1.

I went online to order the pizza, there was no place for timed delivery. I did not know you had to call to get this. However, I put it as a special note to deliver at a certain time. no one read the special note. so they delivered the pizza an hour early. I was able to cancel at the same time that the delivery guy showed. Next I received a note that said "The order was made this morning, What Gives". Then immediately I received a call from the driver complaining that he could have left the bag with the pizza and it would have stayed warm for the hour or so. Now this was not a good conversation to have as the person buying the pizza. However, he did call back on the order for noon and apologized. telling me that no one showed up and he was stressed. I get it. Thank you for the 2nd call without me posting

I haven't ordered from here since the last time I called the order taker was rude and cancelled my order after I had been waiting 2hours for my food.. after doing an online order.. Now tonight I ordered my food and my pizza was dry and my brookies were burnt the middle brownie didn't even have a cookie part in it.. I'm highly disappointed once again by the service of this establiishment
