I enjoy going to this Starbucks because they always make the drinks right. It is a convenient location for me, however, I have traveled to others nearby and are not the same. The staff I have encountered with are always nice and courteous. Keep up the good work!

We went about 45 minutes before closing time yet the staff was super nice and helpful. Our drinks were up to par. Would definitely revisit.

Im a regular at starbucks, always. I've always ordered one grande frappe for my two little girls split in two tall cups. Today at this location, i was told they cant do it here. Unreal. Never coming here again.

We would like to thank Keegan, the barista at Starbucks who made our day! We came in looking for chocolate milk, only to discover that they were out. Keegan made a special chocolate milk with chocolate sauce and 2%. He even let us sample it before we decided to get it and he didn’t even charge us. It was delicious of course. We are so thankful for him and how he made our day! We hope everyone gets to meet Keegan at the Starbucks at New Hope Commons! They also have some wonderful celebratory decor for pride month, which was so fun to see🏳️🌈

I really like this place. One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s indoor space is not large though. It is very hard to find a place to sit on rainy days. But overall, really nice place with good, warm and attentive baristas...

Terrible customer service. Super rude staff that were too busy telling me I had to wear a mask sitting down at a table while I waited for my mobile order, which was not ready on time, when I came in. All the other customers sitting at tables did not have a mask on, nor were they actively eating or drinking. One patron was sitting at their laptop with no drink in front of them. The barista stopped working and made me put a mask on. She then finished my drink and stood there, holding it hostage. She chose to chat with her coworkers while holding the drink and made me wait even longer. I will not come back here again and will make sure I tell my friends and family how rude and obnoxious the staff are. I have been in and out in 10 seconds, but the rude staff chose to draw it out. I would have left, but I already paid for my drink.
