They don't know how to treat their customers. They told my wife and I one wait for the cookie cake. So we waited an hour just for They to say we don't have a cake designer. So we said okay then can we just have the plain cake. They said it'll be another hour wait. We ended just get our money back.

I live fairly close to the Southpoint mall, so I frequent the mall often. Every time we go we stop by Nestlé to get some cookies for my husband and daughter. The last 3 times we have went, they have been low on cookies (hours before they are scheduled to close) and they give some excuse as to why they can’t make more. We have been told, it will take at least 35-45 minutes to make more, they are out, and yesterday’s excuse.....(at 5:03 pm) the first girl tells us the oven has already been cut off for the night because they have to turn them off an hour before they close, and the second girl said we are out of cookies not realizing the other girl had already given an excuse of the oven bring off. There was maybe a total of approximately 14 cookies on display to be sold.......Most trays were empty. It is just very disappointing. We watched customer after customer leave after given an excuse. My family will not be returning to this location. Don’t waste your time!

I wouldn't order a cookie cake from here if you need it prepared at a specific time. I ordered two cakes 48 hours in advance and was told they would be ready at 10am. I showed up at 10:40 and I was told they weren't frosted yet and it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later I left with two cookie cakes. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to put a few squiggles and words on a cookie. Overall my order was over an hour late, and at the very least a phone call would have been helpful. I gave two stars because the cake tasted good and the design looked okay.

I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday and called twice during the week to confirm the order and time for pickup. When I arrived (30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time), they hadn’t even started baking it! When I questioned this, I was told that the reason was that they didn’t have the correct “tip,” (I guess for frosting?) and that they were “busy making cakes all day.” So I had no cake for my husband’s birthday party, and the staff really didn’t seem bothered by it. Worst experience I can imagine.

I was recommended by the store employee to try the coconut strawberry banana smoothie. Smoothie was great! Perfect blend of fruit and excellent texture and taste. Also much more reasonably priced than the smoothie store on the first level of the mall.

The staff used to be very good but, I don't know who they hired but they were extremely rude when I went to order a birthday cake. It was not a pleasant experience and I don't think I'll be going again.

Get off your cellphone and wait on customers. It's Saturday at 130 pm and the place is packed. You're waiting on no one but massaging on your phone.
