Went yesterday 5/16/2022.
Will never return again. Only reason for the one star is because I couldn’t do no star. Placed my order for the $5.99 3 piece Texas special. When she gave me my total she said $11 and some change I said why because the special on the sign said $5.99 she said I didn’t ask for the special which I clearly stated when I ordered I wanted what was posted outside the establishment. Then she calls for the manager and she said she didn’t know how to credit my card back. After the way I was treated I just wanted my refund and will never return to this location again

What a waste of money! I ordered the Texas Tenders & butterfly shrimp. The tenders were the only thing fresh. The order taker was very polite but they get a thumbs down for serving terrible food. Smh!

Food is not what it use to be, drive thru took forever, and the prices was not worth the meal. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the lady (cashier, order taker, order packer)did her best with obviously understaffed crew.

Order was missing items. Food was not very good. The only good thing are the biscuits and everything else you can get better elsewhere.

This place makes McDonald's seem like a luxurious restaurant. Dirty, rude staff, slow service, messed up order.. The two times I came here both took at least 45 mins to complete an order. YES you heard that right, 45 minutes to place an order for 3 piece and a biscuit with drink. Ridiculous!!!

For the Village/Miami Blvd location. The Best fried okra ever! I was supposed to go home with it. I finished the whole family box before I got home.

Ordered on Doordash and they stalled for almost an hour while my dasher got there just to cancel the order with no legitimate reason today on 1/7/22 around 9pm after I ordered at 8:07pm. Refunded a $40 order with no reason behind it. Bad service and needs to be off Doordash. Will email the owner as well.
