Nice store and location! I love their veggi spud. Little slow service although it was not crowded. New employers without knowledge of how to use cashier. Overall experience was good.

Excellent food, service, and value. One of the few places you can get an awesome baked potato. The soups and salads are great too. Our service was truly outstanding. We will definitely be back for more. Stop on by!

I've given this particular location chance after chance, but I can't do it anymore. EVERY time I and my coworkers have ordered from this location the order has been in some way wrong. This last time it was no tomatoes on my salad and no sour cream for my potato. In the instructions for the potato I wrote "Xtra buttr and srcrm," since it's limited to 20 characters, and clicked to add sour cream and butter. I got 4 little pats of butter, which is nice, but not a single sour cream. I don't often drink soda and today I really wanted one and it was almost completely flat. It's never anything so terribly wrong that the food is inendible or anything that severe, but the fact that we have literally never gotten our order correct is why I gave it 2 stars. The last time my manager and I went to pickup the order we were missing the cookie, a fruit cup, and the drink someone had ordered. The time before that it was some missing avocado... Little things like that add up after a while. Next time we'll just order from Jason's Deli, it's no less convenient for us and we've never had a single issue with our food there.

Cleanliness 4/5: Bathroom was running low on soap. Told the cashier who appeared to just give an indifferent shrug at the comment. Everything else was spotless. + Service 5/5. Food came out quick. We weren't missing anything we'd ordered. The sandwiches were expertly prepared with LOTS of meat and cheese which was appreciated. + Price 4/5. I can understand the prices. If every sandwich came out as stocked and loaded with meat and cheese as ours did then its a fair price. However, I've ordered other sandwiches (Reuben) from here that had considerably less meat so there was no consistency. Furthermore, to subsitute a side for a CUP, not a bowl...but a CUP of soup shouldn't be an additional $2.50. Two sandwiches and two small cups of bagged soup shouldn't be $26 bucks. + Quality 5/5. Overall I would come back and pay the exorbitant prices which is really all the owner cares about. But because of the cost it won't be as often as I'd like.

We came here around 3:30pm on a Saturday and still have yet to get our food - two simple grilled cheeses - at 4:10pm. There is one cashier and one cook working on a Saturday which is clearly understaffing. I feel bad for the employees. Half the tables are dirty and there’s a stack of about 50 dirty dishes just sitting out on the counter. This place needs to staff more people, especially on a Saturday. Several other people have come in and left because of the wait. Ridiculous that the employees can’t be tipped either. This company clearly doesn’t care about their employees at all or how good their service is. On top of it all two people who JUST ordered their food five minutes ago already got all their food meanwhile we’ve waited twenty minutes for two grilled cheeses.

It's a typical McAlisters if you've been to one. When i went, it was quiet and only one other customer dining. The female cashier wasn't friendly, but wasn't exactly rude. The gentleman who brought us our food was though, very polite. Food was good, nothing to complain about, but nothing to write home about either. Little overpriced for my taste.

The staff waiting on us at the register had one speed and that was SLOW. We went and sat down at a group of tables that were placed together. Two of the tables had been used but not cleared which describes the majority of the tables in this section which led us to sit where we did. When our food arrived the staff member who took our order just walked away once she sat down our food and did not offer or appear to notice the two tables beside us needed cleaning. No tables in our area that needing cleaning were ever cleaned during our visit. When I went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper or hand soap available which makes me wonder what the cooks and waitress uses when they finish using the bathroom. The food was very good. No revisit from the waitress. We will not eat here again. If they had been busy I would understand better but they weren’t.
