Stopped coming for a while because of that rude girl at the window but hopefully she’s gone for good now🥳! However…my crispy chicken sandwich is a little small, both of our teas are unsweet, & we didn’t receive straws. 4 stars because the fries were hot & nuggets were good but the literal other half of the meal was severely lacking. This particular Wendy’s is also notorious for not giving you a receipt or answering the phone but I’ll be going back up to get better drinks

Very fast. Very friendly. Taking away one star because my sandwich was wrong (ordered grilled got fried & didn't realize until I was back on the road ~ tho in retrospect it was probably less messy). They also did not have diet (zero sugar) options for soda. Had to go with tea which I was not too happy with.

Drive through is way slower than I would have thought. This needs to be addressed by higher management. Our burger and salad were ok but they did not put the fries we had ordered in our bag they gave us at the window. Please double check your orders before telling the customer everything is in the bag.

Medium fry was less than a small in quantity. On top of that they taste as if they were cooked in salt. Completely disgusting! Horrible customer service. I would drive 10 miles extra before I ever visit this location again!

My food was good but I did have to pull up for what considerably. Seemed like a very long time. But when the food came out it was all hot and fresh. So it is what it is.

By far the best Wendy's I have ever been to. Went in with very large office order and not only did to two ladies take very good care of me. they went above and beyond with the best attitude I have ever seen out of an fast food employee (i.e. chick fill a)

This location was short staff, however the ladies working the drive thru was Awesome. Smiles and hot food. That's a win win in my book.

I've sworn off this Wendy's. They almost always get the order wrong, and last time I went back to retrieve a missing item they told me I had received it and made me wait a long time for it, then delivered it with a rude attitude. Life is to short with Cookout and Bojangles next door.
