This cost me 17 bucks and they skimped me on my online order. I will not Be supporting this business. They offer the smallest scoops of food. And it’s not cheap. I could have gone to Cava.

The order for a kids meal did not have the milk or fruit. They also did not put any cheese on the kids cheese quesadilla. They also forgot the guacamole. They tape the bag shut, so
Prepare to open it at the store.
This has been multiple times they forget something. The workers are also usually disinterested or rude. A horribly run store. Go elsewhere or check your food carefully, and prepare for an attitude.

This location has never let me down; until tonight. It seem like there is no manger on duty. I didn’t even think to ask I was so hungry and I just wanted what I was craving for. I could have drove to my favorite location on Erwin Rd. However Roxboro rd is closer to my house. The staff seem unmotivated, accept the newest employee , a young lady who was on the line and the cashier had to step out of her task to tend to the oven behind her. There were several employees that seem to be doing there own thing. One of the employees stepped off the line to entertain a young lady who was playing with her AirPods and her iPhone. I was so disgusted when I seen him touch her phone with the gloves he would have had to put my lettuce on my food. Oh and the lettuce was brown so not only did I not want the lettuce because it was brown, it was his dirty gloves that really turned me off. I really hope this location gets better. When I do come to this location, it’s never that bad. Tonight was awful.

This location is pretty bad. Definitely don’t order online…they may not be open. I ordered online for a 10:50 am pickup. They are supposed to open at 10:45 am. By 11:15 am they still were not open. I had to spend 10 minutes chatting with customer support on the Chipotle app to cancel my order and get a refund. This is the second time in the last few months something like this has happened to me (the first time was at a different location). Chipotle is going downhill…I like their food but they are becoming a pain to deal with.

This Chipotle makes me fearful of ever owning or managing a franchise (though I know Chipotle locations are corporately owned/operated) because it can be hard to find good employees… and I feel that is the case for this particular location. The staff working the line were too focused on their disagreements to provide good customer service, and as the customer, it was very awkward to feel their tension and listen to them exchange words and profanities. Because of this, they also did not want to work as a team and were not helping one another with the orders they were preparing, including mine. Overall, my food is okay, but this Chipotle location is significantly lacking in comparison to the many other locations I’ve visited over the years. The corn salsa especially has been such a let down. I’ve visited this location twice in the past five days, and both times the corn salsa has hardly had any onion, jalapeño or poblanos. They didn’t have any brown rice prepared. There were no forks available, only spoons. The line was also quite dirty and so was the floor. Overall, it was just a mess.
Please note that I am not mad or disgruntled customer by any means. I’m simply writing this because I feel corporate and upper level management need to hear it. As someone who worked in retail for several years through undergraduate and graduate school, I would have never behaved the way these employees did or let my workspace be such a mess. If I did, I would’ve been fired, and rightfully so.

I know every fast food place has challenges since we have been in the pandemic but this is pretty ridiculous. This location use to be excellent but on any given night there is one challenge or another: out of items, card only, online only, or just plain messy. I ordered online because there was a sign on the door that said to, then they didn’t have my items. They didn’t know how to issue a refund and the manager or person in the back would not come out. No one was rude it was just frustrating. Based on my last 3 experiences I will not go back. I would have driven over to Erwin but I was extremely tired from work.

I’ve come here maybe 5 times before and had way better experiences, but today missed the mark. My online order was nearly 30 minutes late, and when he finally prepared our order, the meats were colder than the beans even though I saw him prepare it . Felt unsafe to eat. Lost an hour of my day and left without lunch since I had to toss the entire meal. After looking at the other recent reviews, it looks like I’m not alone.

The workers had a great sense of humor when I fired all of them. It was tough explaining to my girl that just had my beautiful 5th baby girl that there weren't any lettuce, chips, or some of that great dressing was tough.. I should get offered a refund
