I got the bacon avocado and tomato, but with regular eggs on whole wheat everything. The sandwich has potential, but the bagel was not toasted long enough to actually seem toasted (and did not seem that fresh), the avocado was a skimpy smear until I asked for more, and the eggs which are advertised as "perfectly seasoned" did not seem to be seasoned at all. I was not greeted when I approached the counter, and the guy making my sandwich seemed a little grumpy. Plus the dining room was closed, so I ate in the car. I feel like two stars may be generous.

I always leave here with a smile on my face. The bacon better cheddar is awesome. The coffee is great too. The prices are great too. The bagels are freshly made here as well.

Always love a warm bagel. The best bagles around. My family that live on the coast ask to bring atleast 2 dozen when we go. One time Bruggers in Raleigh on the way had them special ready and waiting because it was right at closing time. How can you beat that service!!

Located in a corner of the building, this Brueggers is clean with a lot of space to line up and order. The servers are fast and friendly. The bathrooms are well kept. The bagels of course are always good. I always get the Everything Bagel with sausage egg and munster. A breakfast favorite! Stop on over!

Bagels are consistently good - however the counter service today could have stepped up their customer service game... Mumbled incoherently when asked questions. Didn't know which bagels were what when asked.

Just wish they could open up the dine-in area. The bagels are always very good.

Went sunday mid/late morning. My western bagel was delicious. It pretty much tastes the same (so consistent products) at all the locations I have been too. However, the customer service sucked. The young lady at the register did not want to be there and made sure we all knew by her demeanor and her words. There were three of us together placing our order. My order was done first. She asked me to come up to pay but I told her I was waiting for the other two as we were paying together. She then rolled her eyes and waited. You also have to order coffee at the register. My two companions asked for house coffees and she said they were out. I don't know why they would be out and the day is barely getting started. So one person asked for a hazelnut and the other a dark roast. When she handed it to them, they asked which was which. She smacked her lips and said " I don't know. You can just smell it to find out." Wait,What?! We were tired of her at this point. The two who got coffee did wind up smelling the coffees and having to switch because she gave them the wrong ones. When we paid, we gave her cash and needed change. She then smacked her lips some more and started mumbling and grumbling, I guess because she had to use her brain to count....? If you don't want to be there, don't show up. Don't treat customers with disdain and disrespect. The food was good but not worth me coming back to this location.

I met an earth angel at Brugger’s this morning. I was picking up a dozen to bring to a friends, because her mother is in hospice. Manager threw in extra bagels- I said thank you so much, and explained my situation. She came from behind the counter and gave me a big hug, said she would pray for us. I was moved to tears. I will always go to this location, they have excellent customer service and kind workers. In the morning rush on a Saturday, this woman took a moment to be generous and kind. I hope she knows how much it meant to me ❤️
