Arby's

My gyro was surprisingly good. Service was friendly and competent, but the dining room lacked attention. Advertising signs for the windows were covering two large tables. More importantly the condiment bar was completely empty of all sauces and was dirty. I assume this is because the general shortage of labor otherwise the rating would be lower.

They do a good job with the expected food quality, the staff is pleasant, but the dining room is often closed. I don't want to eat in my car! Every time this happens I go elsewhere. I am about to stop even trying. Update 5/20/22: Dining room closed again today at lunch. I am DONE with this location.

I'm not really sure why I even attempt to go here anymore. Last time I went, the wait was about 15 minutes long and the food was cold and tasteless by the time I received it. This time I didn't even get that far, because 45 minutes had passed from the time I ordered with two cars still ahead of me before I decided to cut my losses and leave before I started to eat parts of my vehicle out of sheer desperation. I get that staffing fast food places has been rough lately on account of these places not wanting to give anyone a decent wage, but there are 7 other fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of this Arby's and I have never waited more than 15 minutes at any of them. This Arby's seriously needs a major procedural overhaul, or to just close down at this point, because it has been steadily going downhill for over a decade now and I just don't think there's any hope for this place to even achieve the bare minimum of what people expect from a fast food restaurant, which is literally just 'food', (reasonably) 'fast'.

Never once has this Arby's been open since I've been by here in 3 months currently 8:30 on a Sunday night closed I think this is the latest I've ever come here and why I expected them to be open I have no idea. When I drove through the drive-thru just to see if maybe anybody was in there because all the lights are on like one long person sitting in there twiddling his thumbs doing something I have no idea what he's doing but he's not fixing food or taking orders

Only been to this location a few times but the staff had always been friendly even if not speedy. Greeted with a smile and offered a drink if there was a wait after I placed my order. Even address you by name (they take your name for your order), so it's nice when they say, "We're just waiting on your chicken sandwich Mike. Would you like a drink while you're waiting?" Yes, drinks are cheap but it's nice when a fast food place keeps you updated on your order rather than just disappearing somewhere in the back. Food here comes hot though the fries are sometimes hard and dry from the heat lamp, but if they are just awful they have dropped fresh ones for me. Can't ask for much more from fast food.
