Wendy's

Every time I go here they’re either out of some thing or the wait times are incredibly long. This time I got a classic chicken sandwich large combo with a large fry and a large Dr Pepper. the fries were cold and stale, and they didn’t even bother to give me a bottom bun of my sandwich. The only thing worth having was the Dr Pepper.

The Worst! Drive through was not a drive through. Encouraged me to go online to do a mobile order. After waiting for a considerable time. I inquired to an employee who was outside I guess to facilitate the mobile order process. She finally came out with my order. When I get home the Southwest salad had old avocado and wilted salad. Not only that; I did not receive the fries that I had paid for and ordered. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant.

Went for breakfast and the person taking the order was barely talking. And waited until we finished placing out order to tell us to do it again. The woman at the window was nice. But their sanitation grade is a 88!!! Never going back, told my husband he shouldn't have pulled forward. And they messed up our order too.

I waited 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me (these people drove off without food assuming it took so long). I ordered fries only. The cooks seem are casually blasting music or something in the back, lots of people talking loudly. They then hand my food without my card and I have to ask for it back. They were at least polite. But my fries were ice cold lol

Food is horrible- served me an hours old cold burger with soggy bun that was actually hard on the outside. Management needs to either sell this location or actually manage it. This location has been going downhill for several years now, and it’s the food, the employees are polite and cordial, they just need better management and better product. Frosty machine never working.

Not happy with my overall visit. My wife and I placed separate orders through the Wendy's mobile app for pickup in-store at a scheduled time. When I arrived I was informed that they were out of baked potatoes for my wife's order. I chose a substitution of baconator fries. It seemed as though neither order had been prepared ahead of time even though I had scheduled a specific pickup time. When I got the order home (5 mins away) we realized that not only was the food not hot, it was cold to the touch. Upon further investigation it was also not what she ordered. This was just another bad experience with Wendy's. We thought we would give another location a try but after this failed attempt we will no longer be doing business with Wendy's.

Customer service was appalling. 1) We placed a mobile order, but nobody answered at the drive through speaker. 2) We drove up to the window and said we had a mobile order, so they told us to wait in the parking lot. 3) 15 minutes later we saw three other customers get served, so we asked them what was going on. They said that they didn’t see any mobile order, even though our app showed the order had gone through. 4) We ordered inside and they got the order wrong. When we brought the food back, they got defensive, rolled their eyes and never apologized for their mistake. This whole ordeal took thirty minutes.
