Domino's Pizza

It was a Very disappointing experience. I purchased 3 chicken Alfredo pasta and 1 order of wings. I picked it up at the store , when I started eating my pasta I found a hair, I can’t believe no one was wearing gloves or face mask with the virus going on , but they have a paper outside with a message that says only two people are allowed come in.. If they are making food they need to protect themselves as well . Then, when I went back I asked for a manager and this lady said she was but what got me more upset is that I did not received an apology or something all she said was you will get a refund to your card in 24 hours. I don’t think any customer should be treated like that specially when is not even our fault to find a hair on the food we are supposed to be enjoying .

I've ordered at this location before, but this time was VASTLY different. I tried to order over the phone and apparently that did not work. I went to the location. I stood at the front for I don't know how long before anyone said anything to me. What looked like the manager and like two other people were not wearing masks. Absolutely no one had on gloves and they were making food in a frenzy like their life depended on it, just slinging toppings everywhere. Receipt paper was piled up behind the register. It was a mess. The girl tried finding my order by my name, but it took so long I just told her nevermind and left. Also, I love some good trap music, but not in a domino's. Jesus Christ. This was a lot. Just real ghetto.
