Dunkin'

This dunkin has the WORST service I have ever experienced. After having to correct my order twice in the drive-thru, I was greeted at the window to a young woman on her personal phone talking to someone about their boyfriend. I was never acknowledged. I only got her hand out asking for my card/cash. I then get my order and it was incorrect. As soon as I look back at her she states in a dismissive manner, "its right." I ask for the additional items to correct my order and she closes the window. Opens it again, and asks what I need.. as if its somehow unclear. All I ordered was a small coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar... I will NEVER go back to that place again. The staff show no respect for the customers and I will never give them a penny of my money again.

I live in Charlotte NC visiting Durham for my nephew b/day. Went to Dunkin. service was POOR. If I could have given them a ZERO I would. The cashier was HORRIBLE. Very nasty 2 me didn't greet me am I am a secret shooter if I worked for Dunkin. she would get a zero. I had to say ur customer service is very bad I spoke to her ab poor service. BUT the white woman behind me she smile said good afternoon. Listen my money is just as green as anyone. All client should be treated with respect and should get great customer service. Can't find my receipt bc I wanted her name on this. Friday 4/22 around noon. Just horrible service.
