Cleanliness N/A. Service N/A. Price 5/5. Quality 5/5. I've been to China. My wife is Chinese. Skip the Americanized fake stuff like "General Tso" or "Sesame Chicken" and taste the authentic dishes they serve here. Authentic Chinese food is remarkable, but less fried, oily and sugary/salty which is why your pallet may not be used to it. We ordered our food from Grubhub so I cannot comment on cleanliness or service other than my order was correct, tasted great and there was nothing wrong with it. I will be back..

What a complete disappointment. Our order arrived almost an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. When we received our cold food with overcooked eggplant, it was packed in such a way that our rice was crushed at the bottom and spilled out. When we called to let the restaurant know, they made it seem like it was our fault us for using grubhub and not another third party carrier. They said at one point "We know grubhub is slow, use another carrier instead next time." Why would you partner with a company you know delivers your food slowly?! Furthermore, their lack of responsibility (I am certain grubhub didn't pack our food) was disappointing and frustrating. After a back and forth, they did agree to reimburse us for the rice. The food isn't bad (we have had it twice) but we won't order from here again. Plenty of other places in durham deliver their food on time and in one piece and take responsibility if the customer experiences any frustration outside their control.
