Hibachi Grill And Buffet

Unfortunately this was our first and last time trying this Hibachi Grill restaurant. It was one of our worst dining experiences since eating out again due to the pandemic. First of all they charge $14.99 on Friday nights and the variety of food being served is not worth it. All the dishes that we tried lacked any flavor from the bars and the grill. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:00 pm and they didn’t close til 10:00 pm, but they didn’t refresh the bar with fresh food. Some of the same items liked the overcooked and hard chicken wings, the fried fish and dried out Philly steak rolls were never replenished. The crawfish were really small compared to most of the Hibachi restaurants I have visited and no blue crabs. Several of the dishes on the bar were also not hot in temperature. The watermelon was the only thing that was worth eating and the waitress was attentive.

Came at dinner time(5:30pm). Food was room temperature/cold and definitely not fresh tasting. We stayed for an hour and waiting to see if they’d refresh the food we were eating and they never did. Even though they weren’t even full. You could tell the food would be good if it was actually fresh and hot. The ice cream was really good. The best I’ve had at a buffet in awhile. For 2 adults and 1 child it was $50. Which wouldn’t be bad if we actually got to leave full and eat fresh food.

It's very clean and the decor is nice. The menu selection is always great. It's Best to go after 3:30 for the dinner menu of Fried crab, hibachi stir fry on the spot, freshly made sushi and even ice cream and donut for dessert. This is a family owned business and the son who works at the counter is always super courteous and respectful

They have a good variety of food. Just wasn’t anything to write home about. Some items were really good! Others were mediocre while some were cold and bland. We came 30 minutes after opening so how anything was cold was odd. All in all just keep your expectations reasonable and you’ll enjoy yourself here. We found enough to fill up :)

Service (1 star): Service was practically nonexistent. They sat me and my family on a side of the restaurant, but after they brought our drinks initially they barely ever visited again. We got up TWO times to ask them to refill our drinks because no one was servicing our table. After that, someone finally came and offered to refill our drinks once. Food (2.5 stars): Food was mediocre. Nothing that made this buffet different from any other in terms of self-serve dishes. Where you bring your raw ingredients so the cook makes your food hibachi style - it was bland. Handed the cook noodles, steak, assorted veggies, and all it tasted like was... hot noodles, steak, and assorted veggies in a bowl.
