This location is always understaffed and the wait is always far longer than at other locations. This location occasionally gets my business because of convenience, but I go out of my way to avoid this location. 4/19/2022 Walked in the door at 5:03 and the line has yet to move in 10 minutes. Ordered a giant #9, walked out at 5:25pm. 22 minutes to get a sandwich made.

First time trying a bowl instead of a sub and it was DELICIOUS!!! I got the chicken philly cheese steak. Nice alternative to not having bread.
It got a little busy here but the employees here were courtesy and my order was accurate.

Maybe they’re not paying their people but it shouldn’t take 15 mins to make a cold sub and people shouldn’t be on hold (for phone orders) for 15 mins. Very poor management and better sub places within walking distance

I witnessed an employee from this location attack another customer. I WILL NOT be going back to this store. I'm shocked that Jersey Mike's allow this to happen. The young lady was exchanging words with the customer and she came from behind the counter, ran outside and attack a young lady. This is unacceptable!!! No ham, no pepperoni, no onions, or cheese is worth being attacked by Jersey Mike's employees!! Don't worry about COVID you better look out for a Jersey Mike's employee.

People tell me I'm like a walking Jersy Mike's commercial. I'm not even a sandwich person, but they're subs are just freakin delicious! They really slice the stuff the moment you order it, just for you. Get it "Mike's way" with oil, vinegar, herbs, and salt and pepper. Omg. The best.
