Starbucks

Don’t go when they’re close to closing. I clearly stated I wanted a HOT Grande White mocha w/ almond milk; cold foam cream instead of whipped. Luckily I’ve had the iced one before so I didn’t mind it but look at this is! Wrong order and it’s super sweet, mostly milk & disgusting! I threw it out. Not only did she get my order wrong but I specifically asked to use my points as well and she didn’t; no biggy but she needs to LISTEN to understand. A Terrible barista , sorry. I’ll try again during a different time

Very friendly, attentive, efficient group at this location EDIT 5/10: the past two visits have not been good. The first visit I waited 30 minutes for food and drink and ultimately had to make it or I needed to leave. When I got in my car and tasted the food, it was still cold! I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience at a Starbucks. Then today I went in and the person didn’t follow any of my customizations on mg drink and the lid was not securely on the cup. Going to give it one more time and then find another Starbucks.

Normally, all starbucks are the same. And while the food and beverages may be just that, the staff and service here make it special. For years, I've been eating and drinking here, every day. They always know my name, what drinks I like and treat every person that comes through like old friends. I love the place.
