Jimmy John's

SLOW!!! The last two times we’ve ordered delivery, it has taken 40-60 minutes to receive our food. We’re 2 stop lights away. Though, it is correctly made. I called to find out what the delay was and they only have a driver and a manger working until they get busy enough to schedule more people. Open for years. So this is their normal operation. No call outs, no issues. Just slow deliveries. I doubt they’ll see that business if they can’t provide the freaky fast deliveries that make them a success. Only order pickup from this location!

Stopped in here on my way home from the airport this evening. The lady working in there (she seemed to be the manager) was very nice and even checked on us halfway through our meal to ensure everything was good. Everything was clean, from the counters, to the tables, to the restrooms. The food was delicious and made quickly. We had a very nice experience here.

I mean most Jimmy John's are mostly the same as far as quality goes. Though it was clean in the eating area and in the bathrooms. The people were polite and informative if I have any questions on any special requests I may have. There wouldnt be any reason to not stop here and know that your food will be fine and you'll get it in a timely manner.

They messed up two of my three sandwiches. I called back about 2 hours after my order due to the fact that I was at work and couldn’t do it right away. The employee politely offered to replace them and not even 2 minutes later the manager was calling me back to argue over his mess up. He claimed he was the one to make them and there was no way he could have messed them up. I have no reason to lie over a $6 sandwich I just wanted it correct so I could eat my lunch. But nope he continued to argue. Normally never had issues but this was very unprofessional.

As I walked into the restaurant, I was not acknowledged by any staff member. I had to say to the person just sitting at the register, hi, I'm ready, then he says "go ahead". It really smelled in the place. Two other customers had an issue, the register guy, asked them what was wrong, and then stated "oh" and just walked off, not helping. This place has terrible service, and they are very disrespectful to customers, and I've been to many other Jimmy Johns's with much better service. I'm giving this place a 1 star only because 0 star is not an option. They really need customer service skill lessons. If you don't like your job, then quit!

Horrible CUSTOMER service staff working today 1/18 /19 @12:25pm.... I asked the guy who checked my order out if my slim only had salami as that's all I wanted, he responded yes then my sub comes with additional meat that I didn't ask for. I then ask for salt, pepper, oil but No veggies to help my slim taste better, there was another guy who behind the counter who said no we can't do that on the slim. Then looked at me crazy. Really! aren't you supposed to please the CUSTOMER so that they can continue to come back and keep you in business? Is adding a little bit of spices going to shut down the business? Come on now. Lets be serious.... This is the last time I'm going to this franchise. I'll stick with Jersey Mike's, they have great CUSTOMER service and know what to do to please a CUSTOMER.
