Wendy's

I took a break from wendys bc the last few time I went I had issues with my order, well today after being at the dealership I decided to give them another try. My service was good, food was hot, and idk where yall got those potatoe wedges thingys... but keep em💯 this cashier was friendly. I ordered a salad with no bacon on it. Then when I got home and opened my salad there was bacon on it. I went to exchange the salad but they wouldn't do it because I had misplaced my receipt and they were not willing to look up my order via credit card to exchange the salad. The problem with this is that I have food allergies and intolerances. I feel like they could have exchanged the salad with or without the receipt. It was still in the container that I received it in. The staff made excuses about the manager not being there and there was no way they could make an exchange without the manager. I'm not sure how true that is being that I have relatives that have worked in places like Wendy's and stuff like this was never a problem at their place of employment. Maybe I missed something or this was a flop day but it was a hassle, waste of time, gas and money. I'm not sure if I'll be revisiting this location.

Second time there. Staff rude. Man said dining room was closed even after we walked in to order but it wasn't even locked and he wasn't sure what time it closes after we asked ?!? Theres a better way to communicate. Another time went and was told I couldn't use the app for coupon. I was not provided a receipt so could not redeem points at later time. Robotics cannot come soon enough. Cook out, McDonalds. And BK are all around corner. Go elsewhere

Horrible customer service, long wait time to just get old fries with no salt melted frosty, and the worst chicken sandwich ever! To top it off they actually had plenty of staff inside but they were more worried about gossip and horseplay. Don't waste your time here drive a couple more miles to Brier Creek Wendy's.

They said they were no longer serving frosties at the time I went to the restaurant. #lazy Handed bag of food out of the drive through window without saying a word and had their back faced towards me. Didn't even bother looking at me or saying a single word. . .they made me feel awkward and like I was just a burden to them.

They are receiving a 1 only because ZERO (0) was not an option. I came in the restaurant and stood at the counter while the manager proceeded to shoot his shot to the lady who sounded like she was interviewing for a job. He was so word about her working with him. Everyone behind the counter looked and never acknowledged I was there. This restaurant gets worse every time I visit. I live in the neighborhood and will not be visiting this location in future. The service is horrible and management if more worried about his next date than ensuring customers are taken care of. The food is substandard and it must have been cold since the guy was at the grill with his hoodie on. RECONSIDER AND REMEMBER BOJANGLES, BURGER KING, AND MCDONALD'S ARE AT THE NEXT LIGHT!
