If i could give give a negative star rating I would. Our pizza showed up with a hair on it and upon requesting a refund the store manager Isaac, denied responsibility of the hair being on the pizza and denied a refund. The manager said he is bald and was the only one in the store that night. The manager was argumentative and did not even apologize for the hair. He also denied the driver possibly leaving the hair. Terrible customer service, disgusting pizza. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else.

Well... Don't complain, or else. 2 times I ordered the same pizza- and both times they got it wrong (they forgot the sauce.) I let the first time go, because mistakes happen. The 2nd time they did the same thing, I called them and asked them to make it right. I paid $36 for a medium pizza (with taxes, delivery, tip.) so I thought they should get it right. This time, I ordered the same pizza and they over-did the original complaint (crazy on the sauce), super salty, and they burned it. There is no need for petty. I threw it away. Pound sand dominos.

My wife ordered a pizza and brownies. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. They made it half cheese and half pepperoni. The brownies were burnt beyond consumption. She showed this to the owner and he said was not his problem. I will never buy from this location again. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!

After waiting almost an hour, my family and I never received our order despite their online map showing that the pizza was delivered. I was told upon calling it was never even prepared. The manager who identified as a woman named Francesca was rude, unapologetic, oblivious, and unprofessional about the incident. She told me the order preparation and delivery driver location notices on their website and map "meant nothing", so either it, or she is a bogus lie. Had to demand a full refund. I don't recommend this place.

We ordered almost 70 dollars worth of stuff and had to ask for plates and napkins. Service was below average. Food was hot and fresh and the store was clean and crew members were someone helpful. I think they are lacking in customer service skills.

The owner, manager(Thomas), and staff are all absolutely disrespectful and rude! It’s privately owned so they feel as though they can say and do whatever! The manager(Thomas) is rude and unprofessional. My pizza was delivered to me cold and I called to have it remade. Thomas told me oh well, said it wasn’t their fault, and told me he wasn’t going to remake my pizza or give me my money back. He cursed at me and then hung the phone up. Long story short...The police had to be called in order for me to get my money back. I had been going to this particular Dominos for 5 years and highly upset that an establishment can be so rude and disrespectful. PLEASE STAY AWAY! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

Worst customer service ever, the manager is rude and disrespectful and so are all the employees, i’m honestly not sure why they’re still open or how they’re all employed, they burn food + got the order wrong and refused to remake or refund our money, had the ugliest attitudes— if you hate your job that much just quit or get another one, it’s embarrassing.
