Taco Bell

Ordered 3 tacos and 2 beefy 5 layers made the order at 6:20pm, got to the window and the manager took my money and then said to pull forward. I told him I would wait at the window as he already took my money and didn’t give me food, he responded with “then I’ll make you wait longer. After 45 minutes of sitting at the window, a line out to the road he brought me a bag of cold food. I told the employee I needed hot food, he took the bag back and then handed me my money back and said “the manager said he doesn’t want your business” this Taco Bell is GARBAGE!! I will forever tell people to avoid this branch like the plague. Taco Bell should be ashamed that this is how they take care of their customers. I will also be contacting corporate with this.

I finally go here today because there is no line all the way to the street. I still wait 15 minutes for one car in front of me to get serviced. I pull up to the box and wait until they ask for my order, but they wouldn’t respond after like 5 minutes and act like I should have spoken up. I finally get to the window after 30 minutes total, and get my drink with no ice because the machine broke. I then hear the person manning the window talking smack about the woman who was in-front of me. They don’t do dining room, and if you get in line for the drive through, your car is trapped so you can’t just leave if it’s taking too long. Don’t go here ever. If the franchisee is reading this, you ain’t making any money bro, no way. You about to be working at a drive through soon if this all you got lol.

Out of a lot of things. No more wings. No ice in the machines in the lobby or drive thru. No napkins or condiments out front. Filthy restroom. No more senior citizens discounts for the elders whose been a customer over 30+yrs before the current owners were probably even born. Just sad to watch the business lose its essence after Covid. Won't be back for awhile. And taking my elders to the other place!!

Trash… even when you have Uber eats and doordash orders you have to wait in the drive thru line that’s wrapped around the building bc they won’t open the inside. One of the employees once told me that their manager won’t open the lobby bc she’s lazy, and when the drive thru line gets long she’ll tell the to say that the system is down…. OR that they are only serving KFC. Throw the whole restaurant away. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
