Got inside the line at 8:45pm. I saw the lady standing by the register. She walks away as 2 ladies walk up to get in line as me and my boyfriend proceed to get in line too. She was gone until 8:54 when the first 2 ladies start leaving the line. She tells me and my boyfriend she’s closed. I asked well what time did they close I’ve been here once 8:45. She said well it’s almost 9 and we close at 9 but I like to close early. She told us that she’s already cleaned mostly everything and she’s closed closed for the night. I told her I wish it was posted somewhere online or in store that you guys close earlier than 9 because I would’ve made my way to a different Starbucks. She said “Well, sorry” turned around and took the metal pots out the sink.
She barely looked at us while talking and when she was telling us these things she sounded really smart and rude and she acted like she could care less if she closed early or not. Before leaving I looked around and I’m pretty sure she was being honest when she said she was almost finished cleaning up for the night. Because nothing was out, all the pots were in the sink and draining. I would’ve liked her to tell us and the 2 other customers that she was already closed than wasting our time by watching us walk up and leave us standing til almost 9pm to come back and tell us.
This Starbucks location lost 4 customers in line for coffee and a lady and man (possibly a couple) looking at the reusable cups for sale on the shelves. I hope management talks to her about her rude tone and carelessness of last minute customers (even though I was there 15 minutes before). I get starting to close maybe 5 min before but since she was almost done she had to have started closing at least 8:30 of not before then. And if she doesn’t get spoken to I hope management is kind enough to put signs up that they will not be closing at the scheduled 9pm time but Earlier.

This is not the closest Starbucks to me but I travel here from across town because the taste and quality of the drinks is night and day from the Starbucks closest to me. The baristas at this location are so personable and friendly, I would sit and chat with them all day to learn more about them if I could. I also make sure they know each time I visit that I drive across town to visit their location because the drinks are so good. I have ordered two drinks at a time on several occasions to prevent from driving back, and because I know that no one else makes the drinks as good. If they are out of a particular syrup for a drink I wanted, they always suggest an alternative and it turns out so delicious! I only wish I could leave tips but I guess it's not an option because they are technically Target employees. I've written to Starbucks directly with positive messages about this location as well. I think the Manager does a great job running this location and I always enjoy seeing her when she is working, too.

The food in the display case was literally moldy. I got an iced shaken espresso but there was so much milk in it? It was just a cup of milk with a little espresso that you couldn’t actually taste for $6 :( usually the Starbucks here is pretty good, but I was pretty disappointed

They seem to never have much of anything. Prices go up & down here regularly like roulette. I don't like shopping here anymore.

Just left this location (across the street from southpoint mall) and very upset with the quality of my venti caramel macchiato. I ordered a iced macchiato and they made a hot one. They replaced it but it taste terrible, like there's barely any coffee. I order the same thing each time but this time it was way off base. Very upsetting. I couldn't wait for a third drink to be made since i have an appointment.

System is always down. Slow service. I've been to this Starbucks more times and not gotten a coffee than I have and actually got a coffee.

Rude employees who make drinks as quickly and inefficiently as possible. I asked for a mocha iced coffee and I received a cup with chocolate on the bottom, milk in the middle and espresso on top. When I politely asked her to mix it for me, she told me to go use a stir stick. I finally got it mixed and almost up chucked when I tasted it. When I asked for a different drink, I got told that they gave me what I ordered. I eventually got a refund. I will skip starbucks next time.
