Zaxby's

I love Zaxby’s, but but this restaurant routinely ruins it. It’s the only one around so I usually ignore the problems but tonight was the worst service I’ve ever had there. I ordered a 5 piece Fingerz plate with 2 extra Zax Sauces. On top of that I ordered a Zax signature sandwich, JUST the sandwich and I was specific to say that. They proceeded to give me that as a combo and even though they did that didn’t give me a second drink. I also didn’t get the 2 Zax sauces. It is also a Friday and the sign on the door specifically says that they’re open inside until 11pm on Sunday but they closed the inside at 9pm. I also called and got hung up on once and the other two times they said one thing and then it cut out.

Worse customer service ever. I ordered specifically a cobb salad ( ingredients should be onion straws, bacon, cucumbers, eggs, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, red cabbage and carrots) with blackened chicken. I also ordered a side if blackened grill chicken. I received first a black blue salad which was incorrect. I informed the cashier at the window. The person who took the order told her, " Oh. I rung up the wrong thing). The drive thru cashier then tells the cook to make a Cobb salad with blackened chicken. The drive thru cashier then asks for the wrong order that she has already given me back in exchange for what should have been the right order. As I pulled off, I checked the bag again and no salad dressing which was in the wrong first order back. I then backed up beside the car that was in the drive thru and frustrated inform the drive thru cashier that my salad dressings are missing. She then informs me to drive back around the building to get the missing dressings. I told her No, she can have someone walk them out the door and bring them to me. WORSE Customer service ever..Here are proof of 2 wrong purchase receipts, and the thrown together cobb salad with only lettuce, cucumbers and chicken ( not blackened at all) nor was the side should have been blackened chicken.

I wouldn’t return to this store. Ordered a great 8 boneless meal and got no Texas toast and only 7 boneless pieces. The chicken is also heavily over cooked. Fast food work isn’t hard and doesn’t take a lot of skill, so orders should always be right. Oh and in a time of COVID, I preordered on the app and when I came through the drive-thru I was asked if I would come in and grab my order. What’s the point of a preorder and drive-thru? Lady that handed me the food was nice, that’s about it.

One of my favorite places to eat. I typically get a takeout. I did the same this time I got an order of the chicken wings of course meal. With celery toast and fries. Finally arrived home in Hillsborough coming from Kinston and I was very hungry since our breakfast at Kinston. The mail was a delight as usual I really enjoy that particular meal. Chris drove the truck and he made a trip over to Krispy Kremes well I made a trip over to Zaxby's. I didn't realize the Zaxby's was that close until I looked up and was very happy to know that I had an entree before the donuts.

Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. If you ever go through the drive thru, don’t pull away from the window until you check your sauces. I have never seen a place that consistently makes the same mistakes with sauces, regardless of who is working there. They will also give you fewer tenders than what you order on a semi-consistent basis.I’ve even been yelled at through the speaker in the drive thru for asking questions about wing sauces (just asking if they could be dipping sauces as well). The drive thru is also very slow

Went through the drive thru had ordered my food pulled up to the window paid for it and was told to pull up and wait when they finally brought my food I pulled off should have checked because they gave me someone else’s order had no choice but to eat it cause I live too far to go back worst restaurant ever cause that’s not the first time it happened
