Definitely would have given 5⭐ but the bathroom was very NASTY & REEKED of pee and poor judgement! Tissue everywhere; sink extremely filthy. I'm aware that some people have no home training but I could tell that the dirt and debris were definitely built up from not being adequately cleaned. The floor was also sticky leading to the restroom. This place gives "out with the guys/girls🍺" but also child friendly! Nice atmosphere, a T.V in every corner. Food was hot and made to order. *If you decide to order the nachos, wear an elastic waistband because they aren't stingy with the portions! (pic included) We ordered the Philly cheese steak meal, Varsity burger meal *added a side salad, Chicken nachos w/ side fries-4 fountain drinks, an mixed (alcohol) drink, 2 ice cream sundaes and bill was $60.(honestly not bad at all in my opinion!) Our server ( I wish I could remember her name) was the best! She made sure our cups weren't low and was very prompt with taking our order. Very kind and sweet. All in all, it was a nice place. Considering returning!

This place was TRASH 🗑. Unfortunately, it didn't make the cut. The food was so off-key, and the drinks 🍸 were 🗑. I've had better drinks with Mikes Hard Lemonade. I mentioned something to theMgr. He told me that the bartender could make a different drink 🍸 vs. making my drink better, I almost forgot to mention that the glasses were stained... I poured my drink into my water glass, just in case. 🤣😂😂😂From my experience, DON'T buy ANY specialty DRINKS, just get simple things like rum-coke or Malibu and pineapple juice, etc. Despite ALL my critics and ranting... My waitress Hally or Hallie she was sweet. Very tentative and familiar with the menu.

AVOID THIS BAR AT ALL COSTS. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. trash service. trash bartender. OUR SHOT CAME IN A BROKEN FREAKING GLASS!! I know the kitchen closes at 1PM. we made sure to get there with 20 minutes to spare. we were greeted by the “bartender” Amy at 1:09. WE SAT FOR THIRTY MINUTES IGNORED. then by that time we had to physically Yell that we needed help, we were told the kitchen closed at 1am. i mentioned that we had been here well before 1 and was told by amy “i don’t know; it’s too bad… they’re closed” truly the worst customer service i’ve ever received. not to mention as you can see in the picture the bar is DISGUSTING. maybe let the regular Saturday bartenders work and put amy to her regular schedule. it’s clear she can’t handle it. the worst part about the broken glass and lack of food? we were offered the liquor for free after she poured it into a clean glass FROM THE BROKEN GLASS. We also watched numerous other bar patrons get extra heavy free shots for the kitchen closing “soon”. disgusting. WHO RUNS THIS PLACE?!?!?

I am a frequent visitor to this establishment as it’s very convenient for my secular work. I’ve never had an issue with the staff nor the restaurant. I typically always return because of the consistency of the food and the staff. In particular the head bartender (Heather) who helps to oversee things, definitely keeps things moving like a well oiled machine. Her service is top notch! The fact that she’s attentive while still being busy is a remarkable asset for a great bartender! Good beer, Good wings and Great service…what more can you ask for?

Mediocre at best in all regards. Service pretty bad, food kind of poor. Yes, it was 2 pm on Sunday, but they are also open for business and ready to serve. Sat at the bar and the bartender was in charge of the handful of people at the bar (3 parties including my own) as well as 2 tables that were sat for her. Had to ask several times for water to accompany the beer ordered and it wasn't until halfway through our meal and second beer that she audibly remembered to get them for us. I ordered the sourdough patty melt. Wish I had taken a picture. Presentation was an attempt to be fancy, but unnecessary and entirely dysfunctional. The sandwich was cut in half and skewered with a foot long skewer and the pickles on top. The burger had slid out of the top half which all in all didn't matter since I had to take the patty melt apart to apply the pickles that come with it. Inconvenient since it includes melted cheese on both sides. Bread was hardly toasted, no color at all. By the end, it was just soggy with the burgers juices and the butter it was soaked in. Would recommend pretty much anywhere else if looking for a burger and beer while sports are playing on a few dozen TVs.

Definitely avoid. Service is extremely lacking. We've been there twice in the past two months. The first time, we waited about 15 minutes to get seated and then everything took a very long time. The second time we waited 15 minutes and had no employees even acknowledge we were there. They're definitely short-staffed, but nothing else in the region is. Makes me think they can't attract or retain workers. We went to Five Guys instead who had 11 people working behind the counter. Carolina Ale House only had one employee we could see, but there may have been people in the back. We thought it was a one-time thing, but we gave it a second try, and we highly recommend avoiding them because you won't get service.

Got a seat immediately, hostess was on point. But my server was not. She was not attentive, her customer service skills were lazy or not present because as much as l can excuse a new employee, l cannot excuse not trying. My fried chicken salad was great, but my dates med well steak was over cooked. Please train this new batch of employees thoroughly to give them a fair chance to make money.
