Family Greens

I was excited to try this place. A lot of their menu items sounded good and I was aiming for a slightly healthier option while shopping in the mall so it seemed like a great choice. I got the half veggie panini, pasta salad, and the atomic smoothie. Altogether it was $11. The panini was good, but had very little filling in it. The pasta salad was downright terrible. No flavor, and the noodles were so undercooked they were crunchy and crumbly. The container was only about 1/2 full also, which would have been disappointing had it been any good. The smoothie was alright, but lacked flavor and definitely didn't seem good enough for the additional $2 up charge. The service was also not great. It seemed like the employees were bored and didn't want to be there and when I asked the person taking my order if they preferred the pasta salad or quinoa they just shrugged and said they had never tried them in a "how should I know?" type of tone. I was pretty disappointed in the entire experience and don't plan on going back.

First time eating at this place, and I'm already in love. They use paper products for their sit-down and to-go flatware, which is a plus. The staff were friendly and attentive. I had the Pick Two deal, and it was slightlyess expensive than Panera, but just as tasty! The Pa's Grilled Cheese pairs nicely with their Three Bean Chili (but I will definitely add cheese to the chili next time around as an enhancement). Overall, a lovely experience that I hope to repeat in the future.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat in the mall! I actually work in the mall and I eat here almost everyday for my lunch breaks. My favorite thing to get is the avocado toast! Everything is well priced and extremely delicious. I especially like the fact that it's HEALTHY! It can be very difficult trying to eat healthy in the mall, since there are so many choices and most of them not so good for you, so I love that I can get a healthy, yummy and very satisfying meal when I'm at work. And they are also vegetarian friendly! The staff is also great. Everyone is very friendly and personable. I highly recommend eating at the Family Greens Cafe if you're stopping by!

Staff member Jesus has been really helpful the times that I have gone to Family Greens. Food is really good and he lets you know with honesty what he recommends and also, he has helped me pick out smoothies which have not let me down once. He needs more acknowledgment, he is really patient and takes time to make sure your order is good!

Great consumer service. However, The Father’s Blend wrap was not fresh. The lettuce was wilted and there was no flavor. The side salad that comes with it was hard and stale. A complete waste of $8. You would think after being closed for almost 2 months due to Covid 19 restrictions, there would be fresher foods. To the owner, please check expiration dates on all products.

I love eating here when I come to the mall. It’s healthy and filling. I would say have patience if you come in what seems to be a rush time (lunch , dinner) the food is made to order they don’t just heat it up so if there is a line there might be alittle wait for them to prepare it. I’ve never waited more then 8 minutes. I also have noticed when sitting in the costumer area the staff yelling orders 2 3 4 even more times for food pick up. I felt bad for them no one was paying attention. I have always had a good experience with the staff they are kind and funny. I was having a really bad day the other day and they went out of their way to ask if I were ok. That made me feel good. Thanks for all you do!

The service people were not friendly or inviting while we were ordering. The quality of the food was nowhere what we expected. My Happy Thanksgiving panini from the “Pick Two” menu had a 1/4 slice of turkey on it. You’d be better off going to Chick-Fil-A at the food court, as it seems you’ll get more and better quality food there.
