Taco Bell

The only reason this place gets even a one star is because at least they got my order right. The staff is an intolerable type of rude to include the managerial staff. The treatment of its customers is truly ridiculous and downright unacceptable. I only go to this location because it is a convenient place for me to get tacos for my children. Every time I visit this location the wait time is unrealistic, no faster than 10 minutes whether I order for my entire family or just one of my kids. I really wish this place could get cleaned up but the staff just doesn't care enough and no one is trying to change, shameful.

Terrible customer service, as I was trying to place my order in the Drive through after waiting 30 minutes or more the woman finally asked me what i wanted. I told her I wanted the 10 piece big bucket meal with one mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese with a Large sweet Tea, and it comes with 4 cookies. After almost every word she kept asking me to repeat myself and was talking to someone else in the background. So I get my and i got grean beans instead of mashed potatoes and no tea nor cookies and she rang my order up wrong on the receipt it showed she charged me individually for everything instead of the 10 piece promotion. Which is weird cause there were multiple huge cutout's inside and out. But anyways I parked and went to the door and knocked and yelled for someone but no one never came.

This restaurant demonstrates exactly why automation of this sort of work is inevitable. The self service kiosk were up and running, but the staff could only ring people up at a register if they're using cash. At that point, why are they even there, given that they were not helping the incredibly visibly confused people trying to operate these kiosks. Nobody was using cash, so the inadequate number of kiosks was creating such a delay I couldn't even get my dinner. Le sigh.

Hate to do it but I have to. Would have left long ago except it's not my food. Delivery service and made me go through the drive through. No less then 20 mins just to meet the intercom and watch 6 cars pull off. Now I'm in the parking lot cause they asked me to pull up front and said would bring it right on out. I'm now 30 mins later and still don't have anything but the frozen drinks which are obviously no longer a slushy. Smh good luck of ue hungry waiting here, cause u might just starve to death by the time you can smell the food.

Quite possibly the WORST Taco Bell experience I've had. It's a combo Taco Bell / KFC. The interior was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The young man who took my order was pleasant but the rest of the staff was more concerned with their personal conversations than servicing customers. I wanted to try their new Steak Rattlesnake Fries. What I got was nothing short of a mess. The portion size was a joke, the fries were soggy and tasted like they were days old, and they didn't even ADD jalapenos (kind of a key ingredient there) let alone any sauce. But don't take my word for it ... see for yourself! 👎

Terrible service. Extremely slow. Totally inaccurate order. After waiting for over 45 mins for Taco Bell the food was terrible tasting and old. Shells were stale and flavorless. The management group needs to lose their franchise license because it's obvious they don't actually care about the product or the customer. Don't eat here!

Just terrible! I'm usually not one to complain but I feel compelled to do so this time. I went this evening and ordered a Power Chicken Burrito, and was given a bowel instead. I pointed this out and was handed a burrito a few minutes later. I noticed that it was a lot thicker than usual but didn't think too much of it. I brought my order home to find out that all they did was pour the bowel in a tortilla with rice, and was still not givin the proper Power Burrito. I didn't want rice hence the reason I ordered the burrito. Suffice to say that I will probably not be visiting this location again.
