Mcdonald's

Did not get the Happy Meal orders correct...left out items in both happy meals. I called the number off the receipt but no one would answer the phone. I drove back to the store and waited 15 minutes because with 9 people working, no one would turn around to help the line of people inside. Didn't think I would ever see the day when McDonald's customer service was terrible.

The best experience ever in McDonald’s, everybody was very nice and courteous, very clean restaurant the food was on point and I wanna give a special thanks to the man who took care of my little baby Ray , he showed so much Love for him , it’s was my baby’s first time in a fast food dine-in and he tried oatmeal and milk and absolutely loved it, thank you for making us feel special we definitely come back here ! It’s close to my Doctors office so for sure we will visit again thank you

So i get to the location around 12:47am i pull to the drive thru speaker and a young gentlemen seem to be coached on telling me they was close for tonight because they had absolutely NO FOOD left in the store to sell not even a French fry now granted they are suppose to be open until 1am but saying your out of everything to sell is your reasoning for closing was beyond ridiculous and insulting to my intelligence then the young man says they have crispy chicken but i can hear someone in the background say no we are closed! i would have respected it more if they would have just been honest and said they was done for tonight since it was close to closing time but nevertheless my kids and myself were disappointed we didnt get our meal we planned on having from there. Coming from a fast food background myself regardless if a customer comes in 5mins before closing you DO NOT deny them service because your ready to go home i dont know who the manager was but they are very unprofessional and should find something else to do if they cant complete their full shift and duties
