Papa Johns Pizza

This store is a joke. After an hour and a half after ordering I still didn't receive my order. Called twice and their customer service was friendly but completely worthless. Ended up cancelling order after another 15 minutes. Papa Johns really needs to watch their franchise stores. Great food but some of their franchises are completely worthless

Location is always hit and miss. Sometimes it’s amazing and other times it’s sh*t. Today it was beyond sh*t. Original order was for two pan pizzas. Pizzas tasted like raw dough, as seen by the photos. Called them and the manager was in denial. Requested 2 thin pizzas and still tasted like raw dough.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order online to this restaurant and delivery estimate was 31-41 minutes. At 4:33pm the order was past late and I called to determine what the delay was. The first issue is that the phone rang for 3 minutes before anyone decided to pick up. The second was that when I asked the associate (who didn't give their name) what the status of my order was, he told me it would be another hour and a half because they were busy. Not a valid excuse, so I asked for compensation for my order being late. I was to receive 50% off my next order, but it must be called in. Not acceptable either and I informed him. He tried to explain to me that this would be a benefit, and I disagreed because getting half of full price isn't a deal compared to the discounts they offer in TV commercials and online! Ten minutes after getting off the phone at 4:44pm, I got a text saying my order was on the way. It arrived ten minutes ago (5:07pm). IT IS COLD. EVERYTHING IS COLD.  This is completely unacceptable and horrible service. I can't even eat the food delivered because there's no telling how old it is. My wings AREN'T sauced (see photo) and my hero looks like a LOSER (burned and was upside down and tossed around when I opened the box). The boxes were actually cold on the bottom when I took them from the delivery driver. I am pissed. I am significantly and severely disappointed and will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow. I also won't be ordering from Papa John's for another few months to a year. Terrible.
