Built Custom Burgers

Ordered the impossible burger today. Ate a couple of bites noticed it was raw, not cooked all the way through😒cool I get it mistakes happens, I took it back they prepared me another impossible burger. I ate a few bites and it was not cooked thoroughly again!!! They need to do much better or remove the item off the menu if they do not know how to cook it thoroughly. On top of that the burger costs 11.49! I asked for a refund, they gave it too me but uncooked food should never be prepared that way TWICE, it's shameful.

Doesn't have the beyond meat burger anymore, now has the impossible burger which is still good but you charge +$3.50 for it??? How is that possible, no pun. It is unethical to charge the same guest to your place more for the same product another customer orders. In addition, the impact/ cost of beef has to be higher or equal to that of the plant based item. Not happy with Built and will follow up further and a reply is required.

Looking for an option to give less than 1 star.. I had a terrible experience with this place (southpoint), they made me stand for simple fries for more than 15 min just three employees and very disorganized. They gave me very salty and overcooked food , kids can’t even take a bite of that. When I went back and mentioned about this they where not even apologized. Never going back to this place - go somewhere you been treated!!

My friend just wanted a milkshake, so we went to Built Burgers to get one. Their machine was apparently down, so my friend and I bought a children’s chicken tender meal in order to save some cash, and we weren’t that hungry anyway. Remember that this meal is served to children. When we ordered, the worker openly pull out a bag of frozen chicken tenders. To each their own, but this was a little off putting. We had to wait a while for two tenders and ten tater tots, since they were out of fries. When we finally got to sit down, we tried it out. The tater tots taste closer to air than a potato and the smell of the tenders was scary. When my friend bit in, he found a suspicious piece of meat, a tendon perhaps, in the center. The texture was that of snot and he instantly put down the violating tender. We ate the tater tots for the calories and then got up. When we did, there was an earthquake in our stomachs. Never have I felt such rumblings in my stomach. I still feel ill and my friend and I were only able to make it a few yards before having to sit due to the threat of vomit or defecation. Please save your children from this place, we have most likely experienced food poisoning. Our farts are nuclear.

Best burger we've had in a very long time! My girlfriend and I are so happy with our experience there! Great vegetarian burger options! The impossible burger is the way to go! We want to thank Lauren for working amazingly well by herself while handling several customers, she was very friendly and definitely deserves to have her hard work seen.

The menu concept is great! The service was horrible!! They told us it would be about 10 minutes for our order. We understood, but 10 minutes grew to 20 minutes and then only half our order came out. 16 minutes after half the order came out the other half came out, but the order was incorrect. They also ran out of gluten-free buns so instead they put it in a bowl, but still charged me for the impossible burger plus bun. Our burgers were over cooked and cold. The only burger that was warm was the impossible burger. Which is sad. I’d have to say we will not be returning. It’s a shame, because you have great options for the whole family!
