Mcdonald's

Please bring back all day breakfast or at least serve it till 11 AM. I can't tell you how many customers I've heard at this place walk in between 10:30 and 11 AM asking for breakfast and get told with a chuckle from the worker that breakfast ended at 10:30. I haven't seen a single one of these customers purchase anything. They walk out angry that breakfast isn't being served till at least 11 AM. Most are asking what happened to all day breakfast. Customers got used to McDonald's serving breakfast until 11 AM prior to all day breakfast starting some years ago. Then they got used to all day breakfast. They are disgusted with McDonald's restaurants that haven't brought back all day breakfast post pandemic. You're losing money for every single person who walks out and they won't come back and they'll tell other people not to come to your store. They know that some McDonald's stores serve it and some don't and they know that it's a choice of the manager and the franchise owner. They think you're being lazy by not offering what they want. This isn't smart business. Bring back all day breakfast or at least serve until 11 AM. You'll have happier customers and make better profits.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 3:45pm. It was Thanksgiving day, but the store was open. When I got to the window, I ordered just fine till after I ordered a second combo. I was then rudely told that if I had more than three combos they couldn't take my order due them closing in five minutes. Since there were four people in my car, I ordered for the rest of the family and couldn't order anything for myself. The manager, Taylor was the one that met us at the window and continued the rudeness. When we got to the window to get our food. They were actively arguing over our order being wrong. The manager finally got tired of their argument, snatched the food and handed it out the window to me. Once the window was closed, I looked at my order and found out why they were arguing. I was short a combo and all my fries were the wrong size. Afraid to correct it, I did knock on the window and ask for some BBQ sauce. The girl stuck her head out the window and said, "what you want Boo Boo, I'm trying the get the H&ll out of here?" Needless to say, I didn't eat any of the food.

Let me tell you. My daughter had been in ER at Duke Regional for hrs & at 11 p.m. these guys were fabulous, great manners, smiles, took our order at window with kindness! Our food was just right, we asked for modifications for burgers & fries & they did just what we asked! THIS WAS THE BEST McDs that I've been to for years! Please Post this & Please acknowledge these young people!

After going to two other McDonald's in the area to be told they're frappe machines were not working which is a complete lie they were just busy and didn't want to take the time to make them, I came to this store and ordered 3 large frappes with extra caramel, I was charged $3 for the extra caramel and when I got the drinks they were half way filled up with the actual drink and half filled with whip cream and barley any extra caramel. I was extremely unhappy. We did go back in and ask to have this correct. The manager agreed that was unacceptable. Just shows how lazy they really.

Every time I got there after 2am they BARELY come to the mic. Like tonight I sat there in the drive-thru and NOBODY came to the mic. Not a “hold on, we’re closed” NOTHING. Pulled around and a car was in line with a employee at the window. The respectful thing to do would be to communicate with the customer

I have gone there on several times at after 12am to here system is down or were only taking cash or when I order items not available (ice coffee). But the interesting things is the system is up during the day and menu items are available, if you don't want to be open 24hrs just close. Poor customer service

I never had a milkshake that wasn't stared all the way or with whipped cream on top. The hamburger was so small it was ridiculous. The beef patties in Goldsboro is not even that small I know I paid a dollar but dang it was just so thin. I never seen a Mac double like that small. And My milkshake it just didn't look right either, it looked like they just threw it together
