Taco Bell

Tried to use the indoor kiosk for about 20 minutes, but it wasn’t working and the staff inside kept ignoring me or directing me to use the nonfunctional kiosk. Ended up going through drive through to get fed. Confirming also the consistently quoted long wait times and poor staffing. It’s a shame because I liked this place up until the pandemic started. In general the people and food have been great.

I placed a large order taco party pack, number 8, 2 cheesy Gordita crunch’s with extra beef no lettuce does this look like any beef much less extra this is ridiculous. First they said a 20 minute wait. I drove across town so I waited. It’s ridiculous no wonder they put the sticker to close the bag and it my fault for not checking my food but to pay 38.00 My order should have been right. I refuse to drive back across town but this made me so mad 😡 please check your food before you leave these workers do not care 🤦🏾‍♀️

Even with being the only worker on duty the worker here gets everything done! He was wonderful and great with our food. He needs an enormous raise and is being taken advantage of and this location needs to be paying him so much more than he already is. Thank you to this man! Taco Bell, shame on you for putting so much stress on this man.

Sad day having to update my 5 star rating to a one star. I've worked near the taco bell before the pandemic and it was the best taco bell period. Now 3 attempts to try and eat there in 2022 has lead to no food. Seems they're very understaffed. Today's attempt, the manger running the register & said the wait will be 20-30 minutes for your food. Last attempt I was told 30-45 minutes. If you see cars parked in front or on the side of the building I'd recommend elsewhere. To taco bell I'd cut off online ordering & DoorDashes so you can actually serve your customers timely. Good luck

This rating is for the food AND this specific Taco Bell itself. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s cold and soggy, like it’s been sitting a while, and sometimes it’s fantastic. But what really deters me from going to this location is that, somehow, there’s always at least a 15 minute wait because they’re “backed up”. And their hours say they close at midnight… NOPE. I can order from DoorDash at 10:45pm and get a notification a whole hour later saying the order has been canceled because the store is closed. What the actual hell was happening in that hour?? What a waste of time. Don’t bother ordering from here after 10pm. Just don’t. Don’t waste the time. Keep driving by. Pretend this building doesn’t exist and go somewhere else.

Been to this Taco Bell 3+ times. Every single time they have been staffed, but have said that they are too understaffed to serve/even take my order despite being on the mic. Why not close? What are they paying their staff for? How could they possibly turn a profit? Is this the least creative money laundering scheme in the triangle? We may never know. But don’t come here if you want to eat.

As of the time of this review, they're plagued with staffing issues that keep them from serving customers on a consistent basis. I've been turned away twice with the given reason being they don't have enough staff to operate. The food is fine when you can get it, but I'd rather they close until the issue is resolved rather than remain open but unable to serve customers.
