The dining room was closed & it wasn't even 7pm yet. And then the food was absolutely awful. It was so obvious that it was old. The picture of the Fiesta potatoes shows how overcooked (reheated) they were. And even smothering them in sour cream & they were still not eligible. The other picture is supposed to be a burrito supreme. It's so much smaller than it used to be & the meat was nasty. In the end, we ended up throwing away $37 worth of awful food. I DO understand that there are staffing shortages everywhere & problems w/getting products bc of the supply chain issues. I understand all of that, but honestly if this is the best that a restaurant can do, they need to close their doors & work on improving before opening back up. It's just as difficult for customers today & stretching our money, so when we decide to treat our families we want quality product & service.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever in my entire life visited. Every time you go there the workers are either too slow to get your food done in a timely manner or you get to the drive-thru and they tell you they are not serving or taking any orders at the moment! My whole family loves Taco Bell but we will drive the extra distance to another one to make sure we avoid this one and never have to visit again

Finally reached the breaking point with this location. This place used to have decent service, but now they can’t even be bothered to stay open or serve food when they are.
First, we placed an order through the app an hour before closing (7pm) on Tuesday evening. On our way we notice the order had been canceled by the restaurant for some reason. As we pulled into the parking lot there were two cars in the drive-thru, so we pulled in behind them. We waited about 5-10 minutes with no movement, and noticed an employee standing outside the entrance waiting on a ride. Apparently they decided to close an hour early, and the employee didn’t even have the decency to walk over and let the growing line of customers know that they’d closed and that no one else was inside the building.
Second, we place an order on Friday for lunch. Arrive, and again the order is canceled by the restaurant. Mind you, this is in the middle of the day. Walk in, and they say they’re, “open but not serving food right now.” What? How are you, as a restaurant, open but not serving food? What’s worse is when it was brought to their attention that there was a car blocking the drive thru the said that it was an employees car blocking customers because they didn’t want their timer to go off.
It’s probably time they just bulldoze this location and turn it into a vacant lot, as that would better serve the folks of North Durham at this point.

Today was a disaster. The restaurant was closed but the microphone sounded like someone was there. No one in drive thru knew. We had ordered online and the order never got fulfilled. There was a line around the building. We were trapped before someone said no one is answering the door or the phone. This could have been a dangerous situation and I hope next time online ordering for this location is disabled and a sign is placed outside to indicate you are closed or short staffed. We’d understand. In the end, hope you guys are alright. It’s just food.

Used to be a decent one, but man, not anymore by a longshot. Dining area has been closed for months, drive thru only. They never have enough help so the line is long and slow. On several different occasions, they'd either take cash only, card only, or just not accepting orders at all. The workers there are nice, not their fault, just poorly managed and can't get it together. Go literally anywhere else.

I was in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes at 7:30 pm and there were only 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Great experience can’t wait to come back; I was able to use up all of my spare time so I’m caught up on that now. Needless to say it was a peak productivity for the staff here.

Buyer beware! Sorry service. Food was prepared thrown together.
I paid with a debit card and could not get a receipt emailed or on paper. Ihe manager on duty said " I cannot give you a receipt!" A friend was with me and also ordered food and asked for some sour cream and was told it was extra 50 Cent. I politely asked the same manager could she give him some sour cream as a good gesture because of neglect and Sorry customer service from my " no receipt?" Her answer: No.
This Taco Bell on Duke Street was closed down a few days after. I will never go there again.

This particular Taco Bell absolutely sucked because they mixed-up my order with someone else's order and the Parking Lot had some Trash around it when I went to get my food picked-up! Furthermore, the staff confused me & had absolutely NO URGENCY at all! I might not return to this Taco Bell again!
