They took too long and the food was disgusting! Worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Also, who opens the restaurant at 11:00am...as the owner arrives. You do not open a restaurant at 11:00 and get to work at 11:00. You need to learn how to Manager your restaurant. Need to be there at least a hour before it opens then everything is set up then you open the doors. My goodness go learn something in school about this. Also, someone who is in the front of the resturant needs to be able to speak and hear English well. I love this country and want everyone to have their own language but when you are at a place that needs mostly English speaking, you need English speaking. Horrible, just all around horrible. I will never go back here and make sure I tell everyone I know to never eat here!

Speedy service. Food is good. I've only had the hibachi shrimp, no broccoli, no onions. They lose a star because the Asian lady that works there is always on her phone yapping loudly every time I go there. Yum yum sauce is delicious, ginger sauce is a little too strong for me but my fiance loves it.

Worst experience ever. I asked the woman if she could cook my shrimp well before she started and they still did not look done after the first try. I asked her to cook them some more because they were not done. After a second try they still were not done. I asked for a refund and she refused because she had to cook them twice. I told her if she had cooked them right the first time there would not be a second time but she still refused to refund me and even had an attitude because I asked her for one. so I threw the food on the floor. Worst customer service ever. I would rather eat McDonald's. also there was a lady there who said she had ate there the previous night and she also refused her shrimp because it was not cooked well. I will never eat there again.

Quality. World Class Customer Service. Absolutely Mouth Watering. Visual: It is clean! Service: There's a 7 1/2 years old boy who took my order as if he was 29 years of age. I was in complete and total shock. His customer service was far more greater than a McDonalds worker who had been serving burgers for 3 years. Food: The food was incomparable! It was consistent and inevitably seasoned to perfection!

I've had a rough time finding good Japanese. This place makes it fresh to order I cluding cooking the noodles. Then they aren't all hard and cold. Specializes things for me to or the cook on the meat and what vegetables I don't and do want. Also hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. I have a standing best friend lunch date every two weeks here because it's so good.

The food is okay and the service was good when I was in there but I would recommend that all patrons CHECK THEIR PLATES before leaving. I ordered a trio with chicken, shrimp, and steak to share with my little one and I also got egg rolls. My meal only had 3 shrimp in a TRIO PLATTER. When I called back to speak with the manager with the question regarding portion sizes (I have NEVER gotten a trio from ANYWHERE with that small amount of shrimp, especially with their shrimp being so small.) Rather than correcting the error (telling me i have 5 when I am LOOKING AT THREE) the manager lady decides to argue with me about what the difference in chicken and shrimp looks like, insisting that i "look underneath everything because she knows she put 5 shrimp on my platter and she made it herself". Meanwhile I am LOOKING AT THREE SHRIMP ON MY PLATE. My son loves shrimp and so do I....So this aggravated me a little but not more than the back and forth match with this lady on the phone. I will probably never come there again because of this. It could've been a simple resolution to make sure that your customer is satisfied, but instead I got treated like an idiot who doesn't know what shrimp looks like or as if I am some broke person calling trying to get "extra or free food" which is not the case. Hopefully, someone in management will read this and reevaluate how you all handle your customer concerns and complaints.

DON'T EAT HERE! I forgot to write a review on this a few weeks ago. My fiance and I have been trying to find a good Japanese place and tried this out a few weeks ago. Unbeknownst to me, apparently this is a chain. We we had just ate another location and the horrible food reminded me of this equally horrible experience of this place. Clue #1 to run should have been that the place was empty. Clue #2 should have been the girl behind the counter who didn't even look at us while taking our order. We each had 2-3 bites of food before tossing it in the trash. Chicken was chewy and tasted like it was frozen when it was cooked. Everything had horrible taste, nothing tasted fresh. White sauce was bland and did not help any of the items on the plate.
