Mcdonald's

If there was 0 stars rating I would give this place 0 stars. The past couple time I come here and have nothing but rudeness from the employees. And today was the last straw for me. I went to the drive though and I TOLD the lady working tonight 2 sandwiches with 2 large fries and 2 large drinks ( I was ordering food for me and my boyfriend)and after I pay and pick up my food I was missing fries, I look on my receipt and thought they miss my fries but the lady from the drive though only put 1. So I went inside and I was just going to order one large fries, I have waited about 5-10 minutes it is not bad but 4 employees look at me and disagree anything I saw one employees just walking around not doing anything, THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Yall will never see me at this place again. And by the way I would enjoy my food but since I had to waited inside my food was bad and wasn't good anymore. Thank you McDonald's on Hillsborough Road.... not

January 29, 2022. 10:30 PM: I had to go through the drive-thru three times to get the large fries that they missed. The first time, no one wanted to answer the intercom for a good 5 minutes. Went through the windows, and they told me to pull around and wait out front. After waiting 10 minutes with no fries, I went around again, and the same thing happened. In the last run, the person actually bothered to ask for the receipt saying they packed everything correctly, so I had to pull out the mobile code for the fries, and they finally gave it. 30 minutes for some mushy fries, and my nuggets went cold. Who has to time to lie for $3 large fries?

Ive had issues with this McDonald's in the past in terms of service. I went to pick up a meal before work and the line took forever to move. Turns out no orders were being taken. The car before me called out to the speaker only to get nothing back. I got up there and waited 5 minutes before I said something and was promptly told they couldn't take orders for 20 minutes. When I mentioned that they would be closed in 20 I was told to do mobile order. Not sure what the business model is but seems poor business if your workers dont want to work and refuse to put notice that they cant take orders before hand

I went through the drive thru at this location the light skinned manger with neck length hair told me that they where only using card because they didn’t have change I proceeded to tell her that I had exact cash and even change to give her she still wouldn’t take my order. I used to be manger I know that when you pull the drawer early you can’t take cash and that’s what she did. And when I told her I know that she said I’m glad the know the trick

Staff was nice drive thru fast, but the girl with the fake eyelashes in the second window handing out the food wasn't very nice and handed us the incorrect drinks. We ordered large, she gave us medium. When brought to her attention, she gave us 2 large drinks, and once we pulled away, found they were water, not sprite

This Mcdonalds KILLS it! They get mobile orders out very fast and correct about 99% of the time (I work nearby so I have had many orders here). Food is usually hot and fresh, if they are taking a long time typically they throw in something free. Best Mcdonalds Ive been too, and considering how horrible the Wendys is like 100 feet from here, its and easy decision.
