I've ordered take out and also had delivery from this place, both times, the food was so good. They give you great portions, ask you how much sauce you want, and the fried rice is realllllly good. The hibachi steak is my favorite, for under $12 you can't beat it! The people working in the restaurant are also friendly, you can tell they are the owners and care about the business. This is my go to place when I don't feel like cooking.

They never prepare food as ordered. The vegetables are always half cooked. They are always in a hurry taking your order over the phone not listening to what you are requesting. If you call about your order they never acknowledge or apologize for providing terrible customer service. I want to support local owned business but the local business should provide quality service.

I see several reviews about food not being cooked all the way, and that was my experience today. They gave us raw shrimp that was not edible. I called to complain and she asked me to take a picture of the shrimp!!!!! I told her no! That I know when my food isn't prepared right a picture doesn't define the taste! Won't go back!

This was our first visit to this location. It is our favorite thus far. The portion size was generous. They served more vegetables than other locations, which I liked. The mustard sauce wasn't super hot like usual, and I enjoyed the flavor. I only wish that they put some peas, carrots, corn, and egg in their fried rice! This was just rice with soy sauce in it. They have a chicken hibachi special every day from 11 am - 3 pm, for $5.99. The ramen looked good that other diners ordered. Perhaps another time I will give that a try.

Fast-food take on hibachi-style chicken, steak, and shrimp. The rice is fluffy and perfect, the chicken isn't overcooked, and I like the ginger sauce in particular. It's not fancy, but it's quick and tasty. I recommend the hibachi chicken with steamed rice and a liberal dollop of ginger sauce on top.

I really do like Neo Japan. Even better than the places that cook it in front of you. Great taste and friendly staff. They have lollipops and other things for sale in the front so I get my son one. They have nice atmosphere but I usually get my hibachi steak and shrimp to go. I get takeout from here every other week. My family loves it also.
