This was a bad experience the initiator in the kitchen was eating with her bare right hand and kept a glove on her left anytime an order came on the screen she’d put a glove on the right hand without washing her hands and she kept reusing the same glove . The staff was rude and inattentive to the customers . The one manger gave such attitude it was disgusting and heartbreaking for me to see especially when my first job was McDonald’s and I stayed there 5 years !!! A lot of my management skills and people skills come from McDonald’s so it was crazy to see managers act so careless with guest. I understand it can be stressful but you have to be able to multitask and lead by example.

worst experience ever. less than half of the necessary staff. the employees complaining to each other about having to work more than one position at a time.
customers from the drive through coming in to say their orders were wrong after waiting 40 minutes wait.
the shift manager was accusing one customer of cussing which he wasn't.
manager closed the restaurant because staff were unable to proper service.
I was a dine-in customer. when my order arrived I opened the burger and it was wrong. I brought it to the counter and they put it in the other order's bag. they gave me the correct order.
at least it was tasty.

Absolutely horrible they are always missing something, sweet tea, fries , straws, smoothies etc. They get your order wrong sometimes too. Definitely not recommended and the freaking person who takes the orders in the drive thru is annoying as hell, they are rushing you like they have 1000 customers waiting 😐 I'd much rather go to the one on roxboro

Worst McDs in the state. Cannot operate a 2 car drive thru. Takes 3-4 orders at one window while other window is ignored. Ordered food finally, was told to pull into the drive thru parking space. Sat there 20 minutes. Had to go inside to get my food. Manager kept my receipt, I guess to keep me from complaining on McDs survey. Drive ANYWHERE else if you desire fast food. It would also be nice to have a restaurant in the US where at least 1 employee can speak and understand English fluently. What a joke if a business.

First of all they had no packets of catsup, which made one patron very upset. How can they not have catsup at a hamburger joint. I used the kiosk to order, but I had to pay at the counter. I stood by as several people who came after me, received their food. Then I inquired as to what was the problem. Somehow the cashier sent the order to the wrong station or something. Anyway it was not a very good experience for me at this particular Mickey D's. They must be known for screw ups because another customer asked me if my order was right.
I visited this place about a month ago. I've since been reading comment after comment. I didn't see not one good one. The owner should read them all. There needs to be a restructuring from management on down. Otherwise shut the place down. I am from out of town and did not know the horrible rep it has. personally will never step foot in that place again.

If I could give this raggedy place a negative star I most definitely would the customer service is terrible every time you go there is always a problem with the order. And Sunday 6/11/22 I pulled up it was a crackhead laid out outside in the front of the restaurant having an episode another was in the drive thru I tht the drive thru only served ppl in CARS!!!! Yes they served her smh then my order was dead wrong I asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and was only charged for 1 I specifically asked for 2. I will not patronize this piece of a restaurant anymore it makes me not want to patronize anymore mcdonalds at all!.

Terrible service. They gave us the wrong burger and drink. I ordered a hazelnut coffee and they put caramel. They were rude when we were trying to correct the burger.

There is nothing about McDonald’s that make me want to eat here! The line moves way to slow. The people taking the orders always seem upset as if they hate their jobs or don’t want to be there period. They don’t give you the things you need such as napkins straws or condiments! You have to ask for everything there! The people hate their jobs! They hate working wit the public and they all need to find jobs answering calls at home in the comfort of their own homes because attitudes like that need to be contained!
