Pizza Hut

This may have been the best pizza I've gotten from Pizza Hut. Ever!! I got the Edge pizza and it's amazing, they stayed true to the advertisement about the toppings being all the way to the edge. The only thing to complain about is the curbside. I ended up going inside to get the order. The surpreme edge pizza is amazing.

This is the only restaurant in my ENTIRE LIFE that I have returned food to for a refund. As a decades-long food service veteran i have a lot of tolerance for the typical mistakes employees can make. However, the pizza and wings i was served that day were clearly hours old and completely inedible. The food was so disgusting that i had no option but to take it back to the store. I've eaten from Pizza Hut thousands of times, and the Miami Blvd location is the only one I've ever had a bad experience with.

Ordered pizza one night and the driver didn't really knock. Just threw are pizza on the ground. When i went out to ask why he didn't knock or call when it said call on arrival he threatened me basically telling me i can get this hands. He's married to the GM so i guess she thought this was acceptible and the DM didn't really help neither. I never said anything that would justify his actions as a resinable responce and i would like to talk to someone that can acutally do something about the situation. We souldnt be threatened with physical violence and it be okay by any means. If someone could get me in contact with a higher up or coorpert office it would be greatly appreciated.

Well for starters you're employee was very lazy in his job in his job my order was ready he didn't take time to go check all the orders so I had to sit there and wait and wait secondly how are you going to be at work and take your foot and put it on the counter to tie your shoes. Food comes over that counter and you have customers watching you if you don't believe me I have the picture to prove it
