Everything I come here no one says hello or can I help you and after 3 people walk past me and still say nothing to me I ask can some to take my order. They take 15 mins for a fish sandwich meal and my food is cold ...how can this be 🤔 if yall going up on Prices ima need to get some good customers service and my food look like it is on the pictures. This is Unacceptable.

I’ve been very patient with this McDonald’s but every time I go here it’s ALWAYS something ! The food is never fresh taste very old ! I came here tonight to just get a order of fires in the drive thru. 10 mins has passed and no one has said anything to take my order. So I say “ hello, I’m ready to order” she says” our machine is down”. You have people sitting there just to say the machine is broken ?!!! That’s not even it. So I told her she need to let people know that and don’t have people sitting here waiting it was about 6 cars in line . I drove off. And went next door. Keep in mind She told me the machine was down right ? Why the car that was behind me got their order placed? BUT “the machine was down” ( look below ) ! This McDonald’s is just very unprofessional!!!!! DON’T GO HERE!!!!

Store was nice. Needed a bit of cleaning. Order came out promptly and was correct. My biggest complaint with McDonald's is that there really isn't any vegetarian options. Their fries are amazing but I can only eat them occasionally or I get burned out and they are not a healthy choice so they are kind of an indulgence.

****NOT OPEN 24 HOURS****Worst McDonald's in a 10 mile radius. All the employees are mad they work there. If your order is wrong they get an attitude if you request WHAT YOU PAID FOR. More often than not the meat and cheese on the burger is cold like it was cooked 30 minutes previous. Every time I eat there my stomach is messed up afterwards. I wish owners would be the change they wish to see and offer a higher wage to attract better workers that value their jobs.

Billion served, then times that by twice as many made about the after hour service, wrong order received, forgot something, or just the plain old rude staff. I do love the fact they have special needs people working there. Hate the fact that the employees that work there don't understand what industry that they work in and or the employer just hire anyone to help with their quotas. You would have been better just hiring a circus crew to satisfy our enjoyment until the disappointment of service. Thank you but no thank you McDonald's of Raleigh, NC.

We come to this particular location and I’ve NEVER had any problems until today. The person working the drive thru window was disrespectful and told us she was not going to take our order. Due to my husband asked her to please give me a minute in those exact words. Customer service is important and it doesn’t matter where you work. If you don’t have those skills you should not be in that position. But to tell a customer you’re not going to take there order is very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered food through the app, and arrived to pick it up. Waited in order pickup parking. The store didn't appear to be busy, no other pick up orders in the designated parking spots, no cars in the drive thru, etc. Took approximately 8-10 minutes to receive the order. Normally this wouldn't be too much of an issue, but the order was for 2 happy meals (1 cheeseburger and 1 chicken nugget), and 1 large fries. Food was hot and didn't appear to be "old", fries were undercooked, they were soft, soggy, greasy, almost as if they had been pulled out of the dryer before being cooked fully. Worst part was that while waiting, 2 vehicles came through the drive thru and were able to get their orders while we were waiting. Might have been a string of coincidences, or maybe an employee or two were having a bad day, it happens, but it was definitely a disappointing experience for my children. This was not the experience nor level of consistency that we have consistently received and have come to expect from McDonald's.

I have eaten at McDonald's all over the world and in 17 states over the last 40 years. This McDonald's is the WORST one I have ever been in. I kept giving them chance after chance hoping they would get better, but they never do. I have been there at 7:30 in the morning and nobody (employees)were there. Same in the evening. They are rude and always out of something. A great manager would be a improvement. They are never busy and most of the time there are no customers in the store or drive thru.
