I just had the Most UNNECESSARILY RUDE Experience picking up an UberEats Food Order. The Young Woman With The Bright Red Locs, Packing Food & And Handing Orders To OTHER Customers Refused To Help or Even Acknowledge Me, As I Stood At The Pickup Counter Trying To My Order! She instead called out the other orders while talking Loudly to her male coworker laughing that she wasn’t doing anything for delivery drivers unless they put a “Tip” in her hands! I Was There In Place of A Regular Customer! I waited for about 10 minutes even with my order being Already ready!! This Does NOT Make me want to spend My Hard Earned Money Here at This Establishment & I Don’t Think I’ll be picking up UberEats Here Anymore If This Is How You Treat People Picking Up PREPAID Orders!!

This location has long lines at times, but it moves fairly quickly. Food was well cooked and met standard of good Bojangles.

Drive through is usually slow after work but was fast this day even though the speaker to order was really quiet. It was a little hard to hear with the traffic. But, food was good and my kids were fighting over the leftover chicken this morning.

I live down the street from this place and have been many times. I love bojay's, but this place really makes me question that. There is obviously not a single person in this location that cares about their job, and as far as I can tell there never has been. I would avoid this place, or go see for yourself first hand why I'm giving it 1 star.

Never has an order been fulfilled correctly.
Then today, third or fourth order since moving here, I get the OLDEST chicken breast I’ve seen (with prevalent restaurant experience) and the soggiest un-seasoned & tasteless fries I’ve ever received. This is by far the worst bojangles I have ever gone to.. and bojangles just so happened to be my favorite restaurant chain… yeah no thanks after this location.

all i know is that this was the only place that I ate from in the last 24 hours, and now I have the runs… and a little uneasy after receiving my cup of “sweet” tea and seeing black specks at the bottom of my drink… need to clean tea urns or ice marker!

Went in yesterday (03/04/2022) around 9 PM ( one hour before closing time…) and after standing at the register for 15/20 seconds, one of the 6 workers that were standing around because they were not busy told me that they were doing drive thru only. This isn’t the first time this location has “shut down” the inside over an hour before closing time. It comes across as lazy. I had stopped going to this location because of similar issues in the past. I won’t be going back to this location, there are many better ran Bojangles in the area.
