Clean Juice

On multiple occasions I have placed pick up orders at this location all to get there 30 minutes after placing my order for it to not be ready and in turn having to wait an additional 15-30 minutes for my order to be prepared. I usually don’t review but today I decided to do so. As I entered the young lady appeared to be flirting/conversing with a customer…. She asked can she help me and I told her my name and it was a pick up… she said “Oh Yeah” cause clearly she lost time in her communication/flirting with the patron. And told me she was going to make it now. The app is designed for convenience of getting in and out and typically used to help people manage time and navigate their day. Please make the orders as they come through your systems. Response to your response….it may not have been the same conclusion but the point remains that the employee was in conversation and not preparing my drink for pick up that was placed a half hour prior. I spoke with the manager and I thank her for reaching out. She said she would leave me a card at the register for my delay and my hopes are to pick it up this eeek since I have been out of town.

I've been coming here every week after my chiropractor visit next door for about 6 months. The last couple months, every smoothie has been watery and barely below room temp. Now when you arrive, they direct you to place your order on the kiosk. I'd rather not spend two minutes navigating the UI when I can verbally place my order in ten seconds. And yeah, you can ask them to take your order, but today, with no one else in the store, I was told, "Yeah, but it'll be a few minutes." Don't think I'll be coming back [Edit for response] The last two times I entered, late weekday afternoons, I was *immediately* directed to the kiosk, having to ask if ordering the old fashioned way was possible. It was not presented as an alternative, and it was not busy in the store either time, and the second--and last--time, there was *no one* else in the store.

What’s the point of ordering ahead and still have to wait for them to make it? walked in with no welcoming, staff was staring at me, no customers at all in the store, I had to tell them I have online order, no words from them, then he started to making my order, handed to me, still not saying anything.

Not a great experience. I have been here multiple times and order "The Wakeup One" which is amazing and has orange, ginger, and lemon. I work nearby so I decided to get that for my lunch today. Unfortunately, I spent my entire lunch hour waiting for my drink. The first time it was made it was like drinking straight ginger. When I asked for it to be re-made I received an attitude, but she did it. It took 30 more minutes and it STILL tasted like straight ginger. She told me that the oranges are different oranges than they are used to, but the girl making it seemed new and she didn't know what she was doing. These recipes are usually very consistent and taste the same every time I get them. I wasted my whole lunch hour and $10 on a drink that ended up in the trash anyway. Really disappointed... And to top it off, not once did I get an apology for the wait or the mistakes.

** Thanks for the reply below. However to insinuate that I didn't order from your store and you couldn't find my order is a bit ridiculous. My niece was actually the one who placed the order. Also after looking at other recent reviews it appears someone with the same last name recently left a review. Pretty sad when the owner leaves themselves a five star review to try and boost their rating. * In town from Florida visiting family for the holidays so stopped in to get my usual when I realized there was a clean juice in town. Unfortunately I was met with rude employees and an awful tasting smoothie. I was disappointed to say the least. Before I left I also over heard employees talking about other customers which is just wrong. Needless to say I wont be back to this location when visiting which is a shame because I love the clean juice back home.
