Another good place for great southern comfort food. Prices are good, staff was friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. I skipped the dessert because the portions of food were already so large, but all the pies looked very tempting. Will try the desserts next time.

This place has the best home cooked meals in Durham. I really mean it, the food is prepared and cooked with true southern love! Love the oxtails, smothered pork chops, and the collards are the best. They also have great desserts, best cakes and pies in Durham county. The staff are so friendly and after one visit the know you by name and treat you like one of the family!! Truly a great place to have a home cooked meal during the week and the breakfast will make you drive clear across town!!! Love this place!!!

I select restaurants based on their sanitation ratings and this one has a 99. There's always a line but it moves fast. It ain't pretty and definitely needs upgrading but the servings are huge, the people professional and friendly; and if you love good old fashion down home southern soul food, you can't do better than Roy's!

I love Roy's Kountry Kitchen! Soul food is definitely finger lickin' good. The meatloaf with red special sauce is hum hum good. The food is always on point. The prices are great. The people are even better. Thanks Guys for everything!

I am addicted. Fast, delicious for and friendly service. I was hoping the snow wouldn't stop them from opening cause I want some mac and cheese but I'll wait because it is worth it!
