Papa Johns Pizza

Be careful - something didn't add up. Literally! 5 Large pizzas (standard Ham/Pepperoni) and 2 sodas - $87. When I was told the order total, I politely cancelled and was asked why. After explaining that that seemed awfully expensive for a little 'team' lunch for some young staff I was told that they 'forgot to apply my coupon'. What coupon? The price was brought down substantially to $58; but again - what coupon? When I was asked if I was paying cash or card (cash) she asked me what location I was at? Clearly an answering service. I ended up paying cash, inside, at a Papa John's that didn't even have a menu posted! No prices. At check out, the young lady asked ME what my total was. I paid the actual amount course - out of a combination of respect, truthfulness and a fair dose of being scared to be in that location altogether. Outsourced answering service? - definitely; scary? - a little; shady? - I hope time will paint a better positive picture after other reviews, but I'm saying yes - something didn't add up.

I paid $20 for a pizza with what was supposed to have been extra cheese (not), pepperoni (maybe 5 pieces on large), same with the sausage. I would have been better off getting a pizza from the frozen food section at the grocery store. On top of everything else it was cold. Do not waste your money at papa johns.

Consistently poor. Pizzas are usually uncut. If you order the 5 topping special, you'll generally get about 3 pieces of meat on the entire pizza. I recently ordered 3 meats and 2 veggies. There are about 8 specks of meat on the entire pizza. 3 slices have no meat whatsoever. When it's supposed to include THREE meat toppings? I've also lost track of the number of times I've ordered on no particular day, and the estimated delivery ends up being close to 90 minutes or 2 hours. Luckily they will cancel your order if you call, but I wonder what's going wrong so often and so badly that a restaurant 2 minutes from my house needs 2 hours to deliver.

I typically don't bother with reviews, especially on big chain restaurants. The staff members in chain restaurants usually changes so much service could be completely different in a short period of time. But I've been ordering from this Papa John's for over 2 years. For the last 3 months every pizza I've gotten has been so undercooked or soft they just fall apart when you pick them up. It's more like slop in a box

This location sucks! Delivered the wrong order. They don't deserve the one star I had to give in order to write a review. Do not order from this location they could care less about their customers. Poor customer service skills. When I called to let them know about mixup the young lady hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I will be calling the corporate office 1st thing Monday morning.

This is how I received my pizza..I was offered a refund or another pizza. I requested another pizza for the following day. The manager said I had to get the pizza that night or get nothing basically, she said she was unable to refund just the pizza on my order. I have to sit up and wait for another pizza to be delivered or eat this soggy , half topped pizza
